Leadership for the 21st Century Discover the competencies of the new era of work PROGRAM OVERVIEW Recent research suggests that leading effectively in the 21st Century currently requires more than the well known leadership abilities of establishing a vision and motivating others. In today’s economy, leaders also need to quickly adapt to changes in the environment, solve problems effectively, understand different perspectives and intuitively know how to support other people’s efforts. “When our brains function well we have the power to tell stories and the intelligence to discern which stories are to be believed” Silvia Damiano Designed in collaboration with the About My Brain Institute, this program is based on the i4 Neuroleader Model, curriculum & methodology. The i4 Model is one of the most cutting edge leadership frameworks on the market, based entirely on neuroscience research findings that explain the underpinning elements of the competencies required to lead in this new era of work: performance, collaboration, innovation and agility. Participants undertake the ‘i4’ 360 feedback assessment as part of the pre-work and receive their results on the program, a selfpaced learning guide to identify what to do next and a follow up 1:1 coaching session with the program leader.
