Auditorium techs – please make arrangements to be at Arts Fest sound checks afterschool until 5:00pm beginning this Friday and going
through Wednesday of next week.
There will be a girls’ basketball meeting Monday March 30th after school in room 111 to discuss summer activities. Please attend if

The AP Registration deadline is this Friday March 27th please turn forms into the Counseling Office.
Jazz Choir will have rehearsals at 3:30 on Mondays and Wednesday in the music room. We will hold rehearsals until ArtsFest. Thank you!

An Idaho Food bank School Pantry is conveniently located in Moscow High your school to help you get emergency food for your family for
no charge. The pantry will be open for distribution from 2:30 to 4:30 PM on Friday, March 27. Use lower level of high school from 5th
Street Lower Parking lot. Stop in during these hours, and school staff or volunteers will happily assist you in building a food box for your
family. You can choose the food you receive right off the pantry shelves! Appointments: If you cannot come during regular pantry hours,
please contact Diana Hicke, MHS counselor, 882-2591, hicked@msd281.org for more information and to make an individual
appointment to access the pantry and select your food.
The Learning Lunch Program normally scheduled for Tuesday March 31, 2015 during the lunch period has been cancelled for this day
only. Learning Lunch sessions will begin again on April 1, 2015 and will meet on a daily basis.
Graduation invitations will be here at lunch on Wednesday, April 1 st. If you owe a balance please bring it at that time.

The Clarkston Campus of the Walla Walla Community College is having a College Planning Day. Attend informational
workshops and meet important contacts to local colleges. College planning day is March 23 rd – See the Counseling Center for more
details.
Montana State University in Bozeman is hosting four MSU FRIDAYS on March 27, 2015. This is a chance for your students to find out
what MSU is all about. They will have the opportunity to meet with faculty and students, explore academic facilities, tour the campus and

PEO Scholarship: Each year Chapter CC of the P.E.O. Sisterhood awards a scholarship to a young woman graduating from a Latah County
High School. Applicants will provide information including: proof of a 3.0GPA or higher, 3 recommendation letters, and a brief essay. For
application information see the Counseling Center. Amount: $1,000 Deadline: March 31st
MEA Teacher Candidate Scholarship: The Moscow Education Association is pleased to offer two separate scholarships, cumulatively
worth $500, to be awarded to a MHS or PCRHS senior planning to pursue a degree in education. Applications can be picked up in the
counseling center and are due APRIL 1st.
A $1,500 PEO Scholarship will be awarded to a senior girl who has a 3.0gpa or higher. Deadline is April 1st 2015 required materials:
proof of a 3.0 or higher GPA, two letters of recommendation, and a single page essay with cover letter. See the counseling center for more
details.
STRIVE (State Tuition Reimbursement as Incentive for Volunteer Emergency Responders) ~ You must be an active volunteer in good
standing with department and respond to 25% of calls, have a GPA of at least 2.5, and obtain Firefighter 1 or First Responder within 24
