insurance and patient education.
Presenting financials accurately and in an organised manner
Uncomplicated scripting to implement and use in your office for consistent patient conversations
You will learn scheduling practices to ensure dentist and coordinator collaboration time
Create financial estimates and agreements with patients including Informed consent
Enhance your customer service skills to effectively meet the changing needs, wants and desires of the dental patient
