Washington, D.C. – Georgetown University and the University of Maryland will host the 2015

are expected to attend.
NACRO is the leading network of corporate relations professionals from research colleges and
universities around the world. Founded in 2007, the organization provides networking and
professional development opportunities, sharing of best practices, and development of
common language and metrics for peer comparison from professionals from these research
institutions.
With its theme of Fostering University, Corporate, and Government Partnerships, the
conference will feature sessions on building university-industry relationships, keynote speakers
from industry, and sessions devoted to corporate relationships and ways the federal
government and regions can help stimulate university-industry partnerships.
NACRO selected the Nation’s Capital as the site for its annual conference in hopes of
stimulating new partnerships between its members, government and the private sector as a
result of this event. The National Capital Networking Group for Corporate and Foundation
Relations, composed of corporate relations officers from D.C. regional universities and nonprofit organizations, will assist with the conference. The three-day conference will include
