pr em ium luxury suites USEFUL INFOR M ATION MY YANKEES ACCOUNT & TICKET FORWARDING My Yankees Account is your one-stop shop for managing your Ticket License Account. You can forward your Ticket(s) through Ticket Forwarding, track Ticket usage, pay your invoices online and update your Account profile (including adding a Ticket Shipping Address), all from your own personal online Account. Additionally, because this service is team-sanctioned and password protected, all transactions are safe and secure. To access your My Yankees Account, please use your Ticket License Number and Password to login at http://newyork.yankees.mlb.com/nyy/ticketing/account_manager.isp. If you do not know your My Yankees Account password, please click on “Forgot Your Password?” and follow the online instructions. If you have any questions, please contact your Suite Services Representative. SUITE ACCOUNT FOR M In order to better serve you, please assist us by completing the Suite Account Form. This form will be kept on file for our reference. This form will allow Suite Services to reference who is able to act on your Suite’s behalf. The default credit card will be used for all payment purposes unless otherwise arranged. Please fill out the enclosed form and fax it to Suite Services at (646) 977-8599 or email suiteservices@yankees.com. STANDING ROOM ONLY TICKETS Your Standing Room Only (SRO) tickets to every home game are included in the back of each ticket booklet. Only those tickets that are scanned will be charged to your account. Once the ticket is scanned, we will be unable to make any exchanges or refunds. Unused Tickets require no action on your part. In order to avoid paying for Tickets you don’t need, remember to use your initial set of Suite Tickets first, and only use your SRO Tickets once you have exhausted your fixed seats. The cost of each SRO Ticket is the same as the Ticket price for the respective game. PREMIUM TICKET REQUESTS Luxury Suite Holders have the opportunity to request additional premium seats throughout the season. Please submit your request no later than three business days prior to your event. Please fill out the enclosed form and fax it to Suite Services at (646) 977-8599 or email suiteservices@yankees.com. TICKET TR ACKING DOCUMENT We strongly encourage all Luxury Suite Holders to document the row, seat number, and corresponding recipient of any tickets you distribute. If tickets are lost or stolen, replacements are only possible with this information. The ticket tracking document does not need to be submitted to Suite Services and is for your internal use only.
