OBJECTIVE
Typographic narrative of a novel.
DESCRIPTION
Invisible Monsters is originally a novel by Chuck Palahnuik but
recreated here in response to composing a narrative web site
that is both contemporary and comprehensive while staying
true to the plot. The subtle usage of color and images are
intended to emphasize the significant points in the book.

Art13 booklet
There’s no such thing as an “average day” at Cal Poly Pomona. The
possibilities are as diverse as our students’ backgrounds. From the
moment you wake, your experience is what you make of it both on
campus and in the local community. There are so many places to
eat, learn, relax, work, shop, exercise, contemplate or simply hang
out with new friends. The student lounge in the art departemnt is an
exceptionally great place to spend time where you can learn from
your fellow peers and view student work. Keep in mind that every
day is your own creation, why not make the best of it?
Take the time to expand your horizons and try something new; meet
people from different backgrounds. Connect with students in other
disciplines. Learn a new dance. Or catch a home game and get
into the Bronco Spirit.
Cal Poly Pomona is undergoing an evolution—both structurally
and culturally—from a commuter campus to a 24/7 community
with a vibrant residential student population.
There’s no better way to enjoy your college experience than
living on campus. You’ll find plenty of opportunities to build
friendships and immerse yourself in our diverse campus culture.
You’ll have quick access to your professors, the library, computer labs, dining halls and recreational facilities. You won’t have
to deal with commuting and parking, which means more time
for all the other pursuits that make college fulfilling and fun.

As an art major you should be registered in at least two art classes
each quarter. It is very important to take courses sequentially since
most have prerequisites. The only exceptions to this rule are the art
history courses and some of the support courses offered outside
the department. All major courses (core and support) must be
passed with a grade of “C-” or better. Total curriculum must include
