Novare Human Capital was founded in 2001 by Investor AB. Today, the Novare group
is one of the leading human capital companies in Sweden. Novare Leadership Academy
is specialized in developing leaders through a wide range of programs and networks for
Young Professionals, Young Executives and Senior Executives.
Novare Individual Leadership program aims for managers and specialists of all seniority
who wish to take their leadership to the next level by developing leadership skills and
working with their specific business challenges in a structured way. The program offers an
individual and flexible set-up. Participants are also invited to Novare’s network, offering
them a unique chance to expand their professional network.

Overview
PROGRAM CONTENT
Novare Individual Leadership Program is designed
to lead individuals through their specific leadership
challenges, enabling them to take their leadership to
the next level. The content of the program is based on
assessments of the participant’s individual needs and
leadership profile. The program offers an individual
set-up with a flexible schedule and is held in Swedish
or English.
Prior to each module, the participant will answer
a questionnaire relevant to the module theme – an
opportunity for reflection and a tool to increase the
particpant’s self-awareness. In the end of each
module, the participant will create a plan of action, for
work and development in-between the modules. The
last step of the program includes forming an action
plan to be to incorporated into the participant’s own
job-related Development Plan.
5 MODULES AND INDIVIDUAL ACTIONS
The program runs during six to eight months and
consists of five modules with focus on the participant’s
own organization, situation, objectives and leadership
challenges. The participant works individually, with
support form a certified leadership facilitator.
Each two-hour module follow a specific theme and
includes theory, analysis, coaching and action plans.
NOVARE’S PROFESSONAL NETWORK
All participants will be invited to Novare’s exclusive
network – a great opportunity to expand the
professional network during and after the program.
The alumni network arranges two networking events
per year and includes people from a wide range of
organizations and industries.

The program starts continuously and runs over six
to eight months with five modules of two hours
each. Between modules there is preparation work
and actions. Start date and schedule for the program
modules are set together with the participant.

PRICE
NOMINATION/APPLICATION PROCESS

The investment for the program is SEK 75.000 per
participant which includes professional leadership
facilitation, coaching, tests, course material and
networking events. VAT and meals are not included in
the program fee.
