Leadership Presence & Influencing Skills
This course was developed to provide Physician Leaders with context, knowledge and skills to enable the development of new processes that drive effec ve, efficient and accountable healthcare delivery within an evolving environment of healthcare reform. Tools will be provided to enable these leaders to run their departments like a “CEO” of their prac ce. Three interac ve half‐day morning sessions followed by a fourth full day. Con nental breakfast and lunch provided. This course is designed to help NWP leaders deepen their skills at influencing, mo va ng and inspiring others. This workshop will specifically focus on the cri cal techniques needed to create greater levels of engagement, dialogue, alignment, and understanding within the groups you lead. Dinner Session I—Tuesday, May 26, 2015 Portland’s White House (6:00pm to 9:00pm) The dinner session will prepare par cipants with core skills and fun exercises that are expanded upon in Session II. Session II — Tuesday, June 2, 2015 Lloyd Center DoubleTree, EMC (8:00am to 5:00pm) This session will provide hands‐on training in planning, prac cing, and performing with review and individual coaching.
