Any Campers, Horse Trailers, Tents parked or placed between and around barns will be charged double - $130. FREE PARKING on tarmac
across the street by bathrooms will be available with NO HOOKUPS AND NOT PARKED ALONG THE FENCE WHERE THE HOOKUPS ARE. If
hooked up along the fence, a $65 fee will be charged. If not hooked up and parked there, a $55 fee will be charged. Free parking on the
tarmac away from hookup area. (**early arrivals, see last page)
ALL EXHIBITORS, PLEASE NOTE:
PINTO EXHIBITORS: In order to qualify for PtHA of NYS Year-End High Point Awards, you must be a member of the PtHA of NYS
and the PtHA of NYS Youth Club PRIOR to the start of the show for which you want points to count. For membership applications,

Registration papers will be checked in the horse show office at the time you complete entry forms. For information on how to register a
horse in the Pinto Horse Association of America and show at this show using conditional registration papers, contact Kathy
McCullough at nypinto101@aol.com or 315-252-2357.

Any act of discourtesy to judge, show officials or exhibitors/owners shall be subject to disqualification to offender. All entry fees will
be forfeited.

The judge’s decision is final.

Show management will automatically combine any class with less than 5 entries..

Solid Registry Pintos may show in Solid Registry Pinto classes only, with the exception of All Breed classes.

There will be a $1 charge for each back number. You may use the same number all year. NO LOGOS OR ADVERTISING ON BACK
NUMBERS.

The PtHA of NYS, the PtHA of America, and/or the NYS Fairgrounds will not be responsible for any accident to horse and/or exhibitor.

Coggins and Rabies certificates are required for ALL horses over 6 months of age.

In the event of any errors after paying show fees, you will either be billed if not charged the correct fees OR a refund will be given if
overcharged. This will be done within 3 weeks of the conclusion of the show.

All classes will be run in accordance with the current PtHA Rulebook.

Exhibitors in Lead Line and Walk/Trot may NOT ride in walk, trot/jog, canter/lope classes.

*All Breed Walk/Trot Pleasure, 12 & Over – May NOT show in any canter/lope class.

***If there are fewer than five (5) entries in any Pinto Amateur Pony/Mini Halter class, Pinto Amateur Pony/Mini Showmanship class,
Pinto YA Pony/Mini Halter class or PintoYA Pony/Mini Showmanship class, the entries from these classes will be combined into the
appropriate Amateur or YA class.

Open Lead Line – Open to all breeds. Need not be a National member. Exhibitors must be a member of the PtHA of NYS Mother Club
(Family or Junior) AND the PtHA of NYS Youth Club in order to receive a Year-End Award.

Absolutely NO bicycles, golf carts, or scooters will be allowed in the immediate show and practice areas. All dogs MUST be on
leashes. This rule will be strictly enforced.

Absolutely NO SMOKING in the barns or any buildings.
**Early Arrivals: Anyone arriving prior to set-up day (Friday) will be charged for an extra night’s camper fee for each
additional night ($25 per extra night). The same will apply for stalls ($20 per extra night)

To be eligible for a day-end award, you must show in at least one (1) halter class and two (2) performance classes (showmanship
is considered a performance class in the Amateur and Youth divisions).

In order to receive a show day-end award, you must be a member of the PtHA of NYS prior to the start of the show.

Only Two (2) Minis allowed per stall.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: By participating in a PtHA of NYS horse show and/or event, the entrant and all persons associated and
affiliated with the entrant agrees to fully comply with all applicable state and local laws as well as all rules and the Bylaws/Constitution
of the PtHA of NYS and further agrees to hold the PtHA of NYS, its members, directors, and officers harmless and indemnify them
from any harm or injury resulting from failing to comply with the above mentioned.
All Breed classes will be offered for horses, ponies and minis (minis may not go into riding classes). These classes are for grade horses,
ponies and minis and those registered in any breed registry, including Pinto. Separate and applicable entry/show fees for the Open division
classes will apply. One judge will officiate in these classes. In order to receive the day-end high point award for the open division, as well
as all divisions, the owner of the horse/pony/mini must be a member of the PtHA of NYS. Year-End Award will be offered. NOTE: Only
registered Pintos may show in the Pinto classes.

CLASSES DESIGNATED AS “NON-PtHA ROM POINTED” ARE FOR REGISTERED PINTOS
ONLY. THEY ARE NON-ROM CLASSES.
