ОНЕ products pass a multi-stage monitoring system of quality control
confirmed by certificates DIN EN ISO 9001:2008 and has equipment
application permits in underground mines, including dangerous on
gas and a dust. OHE’s electromagnetic valve have passed through
ATEX quality check and conforms to standards according to the
certificate ATEX - № 05/0255 issued by the experts for application in
explosive-prone areas of coal industry.

The use of spool-type valves HV-4 in the command block as pilot valves has considerably improved
miners’ work. Since this valve has good flow performance, such operations as control of the canopy or
others low flow processes are carried out by these valves directly. Control of legs, advance ram and other
rams of the roof support, requiring high flow are carried out through running valves DN12 and DN 20, set in the
control block that has allowed to reduce considerably the time required for supporting of mining space.
Use of „Arlon“ made saddles in the cartridges has allowed to raise reliability, longevity and maintainability of
valves.
Electrohydraulic control allows to fully automate the process of roof support control and at the same time to
eliminate human errors. Use of electrohydraulic controls allows a step operation of any roof support in the face
to be carried out as well as automatic control of a single support or a group of supports in a face, and, with the
use of necessary transmitters completely automate the process of coal mining.

PILOT OPERATED CHECK-VALVE
Pilot operated check-valves are able to allow free flow of fluid in one direction and to block the flow in the opposite direction.
Check-valves will be used for hydro-cylinder in roof-supports e.g. Leg, DA-Ram, Stabilizing-Cylinder etc.
Check-valves are designed and build to customer needs because of housing, port size and flow capacity in the
