Savory, Growing and Cooking with the Herb of
the Year. Pat has been a member of the Western
PA Unit of The Herb Society of America since
1995 and is the coordinator of the medicinal and
dye garden at Old Economy Village.

Partnering with the Spring Garden Workshop is the annual
Garden Mart. This is the third year the garden will be open free
to the public with garden vendors, including OEV’s own greenhouse. Plants and garden related items will be for sale.
This workshop has been approved by the Beaver County
Master Gardeners program for continuing education hours.
