Oregon Ridge Nature Center Spring Calendar 2015 Music in the Woods Celebrate spring in the woods with music in the beautiful setting of Oregon Ridge. Enjoy this familyfriendly festival with over 12 diverse local bands and solo musicians. Performances include bluegrass, folk, rock, and more on an outdoor stage. Vendors and children’s activities available throughout the day and meet up with musicians at jam sessions. Blankets and lawn chairs are encouraged with picnics; hot dogs and light refreshments will be available for sale. Rain or shine! MAY 9th10AM-4PM Pancake Breakfast Celebrate the end of the sugar season at the Oregon Ridge Lodge with our annual Pancake Breakfast. Enjoy a stack of hot cakes drizzled with maple syrup and served with grilled sausage, orange juice, milk, or coffee. There will be raffles, music, flowers and gift shop sales, face painting and much more! Tickets are sold at the door, no reservations needed. $7 for adults, $3 for children ages 2-8. Find out what wood works best and is available right in your backyard. Then, cultivate a log to take home with care instructions. Logs can last 5-6 years with fruitings in the spring and fall seasons.
