the organization of businesses and public

The course is designed to enable students to

coordination of civil servants to set up specific
public policies for the development and
promotion of the territory, and to assist in the
design and implementation of initiatives for
economic and social development.
SYLLABUS
SYLLABUS
Core units cover four subject areas: social and
political sciences, law, business studies and
economics.
Graduates will be expected to master a multifaceted, deep knowledge of cultural, scientific
and professional methodologies, as well as a
solid political, institutional, legal, economic, and
organisational preparation to be applied to the
field of public administration (nationally and
internationally) and to private complex
organisations. The contents and methods of
training are highly interdisciplinary and focus on
subjects from the areas of political science,
sociology, social psychology, law and institutional
history, as well as on economic and business
subjects, which are fundamental to fully
understand the organizational and managing
dimension of public and private companies.
At the beginning of year III, students may opt for
one of the two curricula: 1) Labour Consultancy;
2) Politics and Administration. The labour market
constantly demands for competent staff in the
field of personnel management and organization
of work. To meet this demand, we have decided
to combine the traditional path for the training of
personnel for the public administration with an
additional curriculum of higher specialization in
the labour field. Therefore, we have diversified
the two curricula.
