a lot to say about
happiness when he
gave us the beatitudes. Let’s explore
the question together.

5K Run, UMW Bake Sale, Hot Dog Extravaganza
Old Settler’s Festival provides OUMC with outreach work
Christ in the world is who
we are during our annual
Old Settler’s Festival. The
Event runs June 25, 26,
27. There will be opportunities for you to sign up
to help with the 5K Run,
bring baked goods for
the UMW Bake Sale,
help serve lunch during
the hot Dog Extravaganza and even be in the
parade. Please pray for
our mission work during
this time, as we seek to
do God’s will to bring
the hospitality and love
of Christ to our community. We are the hands of
Jesus inviting, nurturing,
equipping and sending
disciples out to gather in
more disciples. Following
Christ is challenging in
our modern society.
There are so many choic-
es and we have a lot of
personal power which
fools us into thinking we
can handle life’s trials
and suffering alone. Our
OUMC hope is to share
the love and power of
God our creator, redeemer and sustainer
through our mission and
outreach work during
Old Settler’s festival.
May God bring us into
what God is blessing.
Please Excuse our Mess
