Rosettes will be awarded for all placements.
Dark Green Ribbons will be award to dogs receiving a qualifying score.
(You must qualify in order to receive a qualifying ribbon or rosette.)
New Titles Rosettes will be available as well as MACH/PACH Rosettes and Bars.
MOVE-UPS: Dogs may be moved up at the request of the owner as a result of qualifying
for an agility title, provided that the request is made to the Trial Secretary in writing. (EMail is acceptable) All move-ups must be received by the Trial Secretary no later than
6PM on August 3, 2015. Day-to-day move-ups over the weekend will be accepted but
must be made to the Trial Secretary no later than the day preceding the event (by the end
of that days trial). No moving down or changing or height after closing except as
specified in Chapter 1 Section 21 of the AKC Regulations For Agility Trials.

CRATING INFORMATION:
Crating space is only available in the same building. No playpens or x-pens are allowed without written approval from the Trial Chair.
THE SAFETY OF DOGS is our primary concern. By entering these trials, exhibitors
acknowledge that they are familiar with the rules and regulations of this sport, and that
their dogs are familiar with and able to perform all obstacles safely.
TELEPHONE, FAXED, INCOMPLETE AND UNSIGNED ENTRIES will not be accepted.
ENTRIES NOT ON OFFICIAL AKC ENTRY FORMS OR PHOTOCOPIES OF ENTRY
FORMS without the Agreement and Rules on the reverse side of the Official AKC Entry
Form are NOT ACCEPTABLE. Unsigned entries or entries missing information other than
the dog’s call name will be returned. ERRORS ON ENTRY FORMS Owners are
responsible for errors in making out entry forms, and no entry fee will be refunded in

for AKC recording fee). Make checks payable to ‘Obeidence Training Club of Palm
Beach County or “OTCPBC”. Checks must be payable in U.S. Funds. RETURNED
CHECKS do not constitute a valid entry fee. A charge of $20.00 will be made for each
returned check.
NO ENTRY SHALL BE MADE AND NO ENTRY SHALL BE
ACCEPTED, WHICH SPECIFIES ANY CONDITIONS AS TO ITS ACCEPTANCE.
Express mail entries must include signature permitting them to be left at the secretary’s
address without recipient’s signature.
ENTRY FEES SHALL NOT BE REFUNDED in the event that a dog is absent,
disqualified, excused by Veterinarian or Judge, or barred from competition by action of
Trial Committee. If because of extreme weather, riots, civil disturbances or other acts
beyond the control of the management, it is impossible to open or to complete the trial, no
refund of entry fees will be made.
JUDGES ARE NOT REQUIRED TO WAIT FOR DOGS. The owner of each dog is solely responsible
or having it ready at ringside when it is to be judged. The Club has no responsibility for providing
service through a public address system or stewards or runners for the purpose of calling or locating
dogs that are not brought into the ring when required. If handlers have a ring conflict and so inform
the gate steward, every effort will be made to accommodate you.
EVENT COMMITTEE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE for, nor assume any liability in the
event of an accident or misfortune to either dogs or exhibitors participating in this show.
ALL DOGS MUST BE ON LEASH AT ALL TIMES EXCEPT WHEN IN THE RING OR IN
THE DESIGNATED WARM-UP AREA. Exhibitors are responsible for the behavior of
their dogs and/or children. Any exhibitor whose dogs and/or children create unnecessary
disturbances or repeatedly engage in unsafe or disruptive behavior, may, at the discretion
of the trial committee, be asked to leave the show site. In such cases, no refund of any
fees will be made. All dogs present must be held on leash or confined to their crates at all
times except when in the ring or when in the designated agility warm-up area. All
exhibitors must pick up dog waste everywhere on the show grounds. The site will
be monitored and offenders will be asked to leave. In such cases, no refunds will be
made.
OBSTACLES: Obstacles will conform to the requirements in the current edition
of the AKC Regulations for Agility Trials.
BITCHES IN SEASON Entry fee minus $5.00 per first run and $2 per additional run per day entered
will be refunded for bitches that come in season after the close of the trial. The Trial Secretary must
receive written notification no later than one half hour prior to the start of the first class
of the day of the trial.

This trial is open to all dogs fifteen (15) months of age or older that are registered
with the American Kennel Club or that have AKC Limited Registration, Purebred
Alternative Listing/Indefinite Listing Privileges (PAL/ILP) or an AKC Canine Partners
listing number, or approved Foundation Stock Service (FSS) breeds. Bitches in
season, aggressive, blind or deaf dogs or dogs suffering from any deformity, injury or
illness which may affect the dog's physical or mental performance are ineligible to
participate.
DOGS UNDER 4 MONTHS OF AGE ARE PROHIBITED AT AKC AGILITY TRIALS.
HEIGHT DIVISIONS:
Exhibitors are responsible for entering the proper height divisions. In the Regular
classes, dogs may be entered at the jump height for which their measurement qualifies
them or a higher jump height, if the exhibitor chooses. In the Preferred classes, however,
dogs must run in the jump height for which their actual measurement qualifies them.

East (3 miles). Turn Left on Route 31 North (36 miles). Turn Left onto Route 70 West
(0.5 miles). Turn Right onto NE Turner Ave. (1 mile). Turn Right onto NE Roan St. (0.3

From Tampa: Take I-75 South toward Naples. Take exit 217 onto Route 70 East (42

Handlers may opt to enter in a higher height division for all Regular titling classes, but not in a division lower than their proper
height division. Dogs entered in the Preferred classes must compete at the required jump height and may not compete in a jump
height division higher or lower than their proper height division.

consideration of the acceptance of this entry and of the holding of this event and of the opportunity to have the dog judged and to
win prizes, ribbons, or trophies, I (we) agree to hold the AKC, the event-giving club, their members, directors, governors, officers,
agents, superintendents or event secretary and the owner and/or lessor of the premises and any provider of services that are
necessary to hold this event and any employees or volunteers of the aforementioned parties, and any AKC approved judge,
judging at this event, harmless from any claim for loss or injury which may be alleged to have been caused directly or indirectly to
any person or thing by the act of this dog while in or about the event premises or grounds or near any entrance thereto, and I (we)
personally assume all responsibility and liability for any such claim; and I (we) further agree to hold the aforementioned parties
harmless from any claim for loss, injury or damage to this dog.
Additionally, I (we) hereby assume the sole responsibility for and agree to indemnify, defend, and save the aforementioned parties
harmless from any and all loss and expense (including legal fees) by reason of the liability imposed by law upon any of the
aforementioned parties for damage because of bodily injuries, including death at any time resulting therefrom, sustained by any
