Challenge
Business Outcome
An end to end process that was complex and as a result of policy and
regulatory changes not adequately serving the business. User experience
was poor and end to end performance slow.
Their business was able to dramatically
improving internal customer satisfaction, as
well as streamline processes. An efficiency
gain of 34% was achieved from implemented
improvements.
We worked closely with the sponsor and internal specialist to review and
map the high level processes, including performance data and trends; this
was synthesis and distributed for pre-read. We conducted a workshop and
then supported implementation planning and delivery.

Business Outcome
A team that had a long history of high performance and positive culture
were to undergo some organisational changes. As a result were looking for
ways to deal with the stress and strain of the change yet maintain and
protect the positive team culture
The team was able to explore their strengths
as a collective and refine the values based
approach to evolve this strength.
We worked closely with the sponsor and to design and facilitate a Creative
Fuel workshop which enabled deep and creative exploration of this
challenge.
The team has had some significant changes
of personnel, yet still have maintained that
the have preserved team engagement in a
‘great place to work’.

A comprehensive strategy setting session with a key Not-For-Profit business.
This included setting their priorities for the next 18 months as well targeting
innovation efficiencies.
The workshop resulted in a significant
board buy-in and support for the new
strategy and management plan.
We designed a workshop with the sponsor, coordinated pre-work by the
team on a SWOT analysis and pain points, then customised an agenda.
Delivering an off-site workshop (2 Days) and a summary report.
The executive team developed a clear plan
and pathway to success.
