✿ Click Here to Shop at BodySparkle.com http://www.BodySparkle.com How to Measure Your Belly Button Ring Size We have found that if you measure the length from the top of your navel to the hole of your piercing, that is generally the size you need depending on how deep your're piercing is. You may want to add a millimeter or two to be safe. Please remember that this is a guide line only, since every navel piercing is different. Our model belly button has 1/4" (6mm) between the top of the navel and the piercing. We tried a 1/4" (6mm) long belly ring. It fits, but it is a little tight. It will probably be uncomfortable when moving around. See how the bottom ball is really tight against the top of the navel in the photo below on the right. 1/4" belly button ring The photo below on the left shows what a 5/16" (8mm) long barbell looks like in the same piercing. See how very little of the bar is showing, but it is not tight against the top of the navel?
