David Shriver is an of counsel attorney at PBY&A.
He focuses his corporate law practice on private
equity and venture capital financing, mergers
and acquisitions, intellectual property licensing,
technology and computer law, corporate tax, secured
transactions, securities, franchise law, international law,
general commercial transactions, and private wealth
services. Mr. Shriver previously worked in a diverse
array of fields, including management consultancy,
e-commerce, and biomedical and ecological research.

David volunteers his time to assist coaching soccer for the local soccer club, Iowa Soccer Club
Appointed to and served on the Beach Committee, Town of Jupiter, FL 2011–2012
PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE
Prior to law school, David worked as a management consultant focused on executive compensation and sales force analysis,
which included assessment of client inefficiencies, intensive data analysis, and development of executive management
presentations. Additionally, David worked as a project manager of a business-to-business e-commerce company (with
200+ employees) in Silicon Valley, CA, facilitating supplier coordination across various divisions and researching potential
outsourcing partners.
David has also pursued his interests in ecology and animal behavior by assisting in field research of elephant behavior
in Namibia, Africa, and most recently contributing to the production of a Smithsonian Channel documentary titled
“Elephant King” which aired in the Spring of 2013.
