E-mail: jkeil@nypost.com Falcone hawks Phil Falcone, the billionaire founder of Harbinger Capital and LightSquared, and his wife, Lisa Marie, have listed 36 acres they own in Water Mill, on Deerfield Road, for $7.995 million. The land is made up of two 2acre build ing parcels and a 32acre reserve. Each lot has room for a large home, pool, pool house and tennis court, and the preserve can be used for a horse farm, a la Matt Lauer and Madonna. Back in the Saddle Aussie soccer superstar Tim Cahill (left) of the New York Red Bulls has finally found a perma nent place to hang up his cleats. After renting the 17,000 squarefoot, sevenbedroom gated estate in Saddle River, NJ, the midfielder is now in the process of buying the home, sources tell Gimme Shelter. The sprawling house, listed for $6.89 million, sits on 2 acres in a very private area and in cludes an elaborate pool with waterfalls and a pool house. The property also comes with a sevencar garage. Not bad, considering that Ca hill’s private car collection includes a Lambo rghini, a Ferrari and a Hummer. Live/work in demand Townhouse taken In 2002, Alison Cayne Schneider bought a grand, sevenstory Upper East Side man sion from the Hewitt School for $8.25 mil lion. Her husband, Jack Schneider, was a hedge fund manager. Her father, Jimmy Cayne, was the last CEO of Bear Stearns. Last April, the Schneiders put the town house on the market for a whopping $33.5 million. On Oct. 10, the Schneiders submitted their agreedupon terms for their divorce to the New York Supreme Court for approval. The very same day, Alison bought the town house from Jack and herself for $14 million. Her address is listed as the townhouse, at 10 E. 75th St. His address is listed in Old Say brook, Conn., where he has a waterfront home adjacent to the Fenwick Golf Club that the couple bought in 2008 for $4.23 million. The 16room townhouse measures 13,048 square feet and has six bedrooms and 12 bathrooms. It was built in 1872 and redone, with a limestone façade, in the 1920s, and then totally regutted and redone once again after the Schneiders bought it, with Peter Pennoyer as the architect and interior de sign by Victoria Hagan. It comes with a planted roof and open city views. There’s also an elevator, an English basement and stateoftheart sound, communication and lighting systems. LOFT LOVING: This three-bedroom Chelsea loft has been toured by several potential buyers. A $2.2 million coop at 236 W. 26th St. is having its moment in the spotlight. Film and TV director Adam Bernstein and his wife, actress Jessica Hecht, recently took a look at the threebedroom, 2½bathroom unit. And journalist Jacob Bernstein (no relation to Adam), son of Carl Bernstein and the late Nora Ephron, also visited the same seventhfloor unit, which is currently set up as two industrialstyle loft spaces. But we hear the apartment has a contract out with a different buyer. The Art Deco building is a prewar live/work complex. He also has created a small nursery on one section of the property where he is replanting some of the trees that he had moved. (The land is on a preserve so he can’t build a house there; he owns a home in Southampton.) Developer Joe Farrell is building seven neighboring houses — all with horse farm and ocean views. The homes, which will all be around 6,000 square feet, are on Farrell Court and range in price from $2.7 million to $4.9 million, with two presold and con struction underway.
