Aura 2015 “Aura” is the magnum opus of the cultural festivities at P.I.M.S. It is a concoction of cultural, literary, academic and sports events thoroughly enjoyed by over 2000 students from more than 70 colleges spanning the length of India. After being introduced in 2010, it has evolved into a consummate festival with increasing popularity over the last five years. “Aura” houses a diverse audience from an array of cities. Pondicherry is an educational citadel with an influx of a large number of students’ from Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh and the rest of India. Apart from Medical colleges, other professional colleges such as Dental, Nursing and Engineering colleges along with Arts colleges also participate in “Aura”, making it the perfect ground for advertising your brand. 1. TITLE SPONSOR: Rs.10, 00,000 AND ABOVE The prestigious title sponsor gets the honour of having “Aura ’15” named after the brand. Promising to put up banners of your brand around the campus for the duration of “Aura” with the size and number of the same being negotiable. “Aura ’15” merchandise and brochures will carry the name of the title sponsor. Promising to give a shout out to the brand as a prelude to EVERY event “Aura” will host. Giving the title sponsor an eye-catching place in the “Aura ‘15” trailer on YouTube and the website which should be up and running a month prior to its commencement. Offering a stall, free of cost in a location of your choice to sell and advertise your brand. The option of the décor that will house “Aura” will be based on the brand, which will be negotiable. The organizing batch of 100 students will dedicate an entire day to exhibit the name of title sponsors printed on the “Aura” T-shirts. The logos of the brand will be displayed on the logistic services, which will ferry the participants and judges. The sponsor will have the option of endorsing the brand at the general registration counter which will be visited by every participating college. The name of the sponsor will be cited in the keynote address given in the inauguration. 2. CO SPONSORS: 4,00,000 AND ABOVE The Co-sponsors have tremendous privileges secondary to title sponsor. Co sponsors are entitled to have the name of their brand tagged with “Aura ‘15” in most of the “Aura” brochures including invitations and posters in a smaller font. Ensuring to raise up a specific number of banners with preordained dimensions, while publicising your brand in predetermined locations in the campus, throughout the course of the event. We also assure that names of all the co-sponsors will be incorporated in all advertisements and trailers for “Aura ‘15”. The cost of a stall of a certain size and location can be discussed with the organizing committee. The name of the co-sponsors will be cited in all the events hosted in the main stage of “Aura ‘15”. The number of co-sponsors is limited to 3. 3. ADDITIONAL SPONSOR: Rs.1,50,000 AND ABOVE Additional sponsors represent the last tier of the most sponsors. privileged The names of the additional sponsors will be tagged in “Aura ‘15” in Invitations, banners, event brochures and posters as a CO-EVENT SPONSOR in a minimum of 2 events. The sponsor can play their promotional advertisements or stills during a maximum of 4 events ( excluding the professional shows) specified by the organizing Committee The cost of advertising in the widely circulated souvenir magazines issued at end of “Aura” is negotiable. We accept only up to five additional sponsors. 4. CATEGORY SPONSORS A category sponsor has the privilege of an entire category of an event being named after the brand. All advertisements (electronic and print) and brochures related to the chosen category will have the name of the category sponsor mentioned. Inclusion of the logo in the venue of the chosen events. The name of the brand will be cited during the course of the events. Promotional stills can be projected prior to the inaugration of the events. Preference would be given for additional sponsor, in case their desired event overlaps the category. 5. EVENT SPONSORS This offers the sponsor, the liberty to pick single/multiple events based on the focus group for their brand. The sponsor’s name will be featured during the conduct of the event and in any possible brochure related to that particular event. The logo of the sponsor will be published next to the event, in the souvenir magazine of “Aura ’15”. Promotional advertisements may be played in the venue prior to the commencement of the event. BAND SPONSOR: Rs.3,00,000 AND ABOVE The Rock show remains to be one of the highly celebrated events in the festival. It is part of the “Aura” tradition and a house packed to the rafters can be expected. Years have seen well renowned and famed award-winning bands including “Franks Got the Funk”, “Avial”, “Live Banned” and the “Galeej Gurus” The rock show will be affliated to the name of the sponsor and the sponsor will be mentioned in all publications associated with the show, including the event tickets, which will be sold in Pondicherry, Chennai and Bangalore. 7. DANCE NIGHT SPONSOR: Rs.1,75,000 Pro shows like the Dance night are very popular events which are conducted by professionals. These events have a massive audience The dance night will be orchestrated in the name of the sponsor The name of the establishment will be mentioned in all the publications linked to the show. Tickets will be sold in Pondicherry, Chennai and Bangalore. The sponsor will also be mentioned in every advertisement (print & electronic) for the dance night. 8. OUTDOOR STAGE SPONSOR: Rs.2, 00,000 AND ABOVE The outdoor stage will host a number of major Tier 1 competitions like fashion show, western dance and also host a professional event – The higly successsful , “rock show” The sponsor can design the outdoor stage in association with “Aura ’15” committee. The name of the sponsor will be incorporated into the outdoor stage design. Exhibition of the sponsor name in the stage can be discussed with the organizing committee. 9. INDOOR STAGE CULTURAL AND LITERARY SPONSOR: Rs.50,000 AND ABOVE The backdrop of the stage in the auditorium and the lecture halls, which are the venues of the literary events can be designed by the sponsors in coordination with the organizing committee. The logos can be put on view at the venues. Promotional stills can be projected towards the end of the event. 10. T-SHIRTS SPONSORS: Rs.50,000 AND ABOVE The official “Aura ’15” T-shirts can be designed by the sponsor(s) in association with the organizing committee. The sponsor logo/tag lines will be printed on the shirts. However preference will be given to the title sponsor. The T-shirts will be owned by all of PIMS students. It will be sold to the participants of the cultural fest. Banner of the sponsors can be put on veiw right next to the counter for the Tshirts. 11. BANNERS: Rs.20,000 AND ABOVE The banners provided by the establishment will be displayed in strategic locations inside the campus which will accommodate about 2000 students during the festival. The sponsor may choose to display upto 5 banners. 12.STALLS The sponsor organisation will be given the privilege to set up stalls within the campus to promote/sell their products at the following rates: Size of stall 20 x 10 10 x 10 Cost Rs.5000/day Rs.3500/day Two plug points, chairs and tables will be provided. The details Can be discussed with the organizing committee 13. SOUVENIRS One of the souvenir will be a magazine containing articles and results of “Aura ’15”. It will be issued in the last day to ALL the students and participants. This magazine will be widely distributed. The respective sponsor will be advertised according to the following criteria: Back cover - Rs.15,000 Full cover - Rs.10,000 Full page - Rs.7,000 Half page - Rs.5,000 Quarter page - Rs.3,000 Souvenirs will also include key chains, pens etc. They will feature “Aura ’15” along with the name of the sponsors. They will be sold during “Aura ’15” and will be gifted in the fun zone and academic stalls. Sponsorship amount will vary in accordance with the preferred choice of souvenir. 14. ACCOMODATION SPONSOR: Rs.500 PER ROOM The place of accommodation/rooms allotted for the participants will be decorated with the banners/posters of the sponsor. The logo of the sponsors may be displayed on the logistic services to ferry the participants and judges. 15. PROMOTIONAL VIDEOS AND STILLS The sponsor can play their promotional advertisements or stills during the events and venues of their own choice Video Rs.200 per second Stills Rs.50 per second NOTE: The above mentioned terms can be personalised according to the sponsor’s convenience and specifications.
