Original Log Cabin - master with queen on 1st floor,
2nd floor - 2 bedrooms with queen beds, 2
bedrooms with twin beds. It will sleep 7 men.
Schoolhouse - 2 bedrooms (1 double bed & twin
beds), Full bathroom, living room / kitchen.

Reservations and Deposits
Cancellation Policy
If a reservation is made within 60 days of arrival, payment
in full is required upon reserving.
Cancellations are effective on the date written notice is
received by fax or e-mail in our office. If a refund is applicable,
the refund will be processed within two weeks in the form
of a check.
If a reservation is made outside of these 60 days, a 50%
deposit is due at the time of reserving to confirm your
reservation, and balance due date will be 60 days prior to
arrival date. (100% is due in full 60 days prior to arrival.)
Security Deposits
$500.00 due at the time of the reservation is confirmed - if 5
night stay. Security deposit returned with 4 to 6 weeks.
Cancellation prior to 60 days from arrival date, there is a
$100.00 cancellation fee per person.
Cancellation less than 60 days prior to arrival date will result
in the forfeit of the 50% of the total payment. Unless we are
able to resell the entire reservation - then there will be a
$100.00 cancellation fee per person.
Cancellations less than 30 days prior to arrival date will result
in the forfeit of 100% of the total payment.
