GO FISH - Because of What’s on the Line
Our current study by Andy Stanley is taking the struggle out of
sharing your faith. Go Fish offers a new perception of the word
“evangelism” by showing how believers can make it a natural,
easy part of every day life. Divided into a six-session study, we
have been enjoying lessons and thought-provoking
discussions that are changing the way we view sharing our
faith.
Food Hampers
Financial Update
Are you looking to bless others in
response to God’s blessings unto you?
We want to extend our thanks for your
ongoing faithfulness and contributions
towards the work of God in Aylmer.
This is a perfect opportunity to put the
Gospel into action by feeding those who
are hungry among us.
The church is accepting ongoing donations
of non-perishable food items for us to
provide food hampers throughout the year
to local families as donations allow.
We are aiming to have the
next set of food hampers
ready for distribution for
late June or early July.
Thank you to all those who
are able to give.

Family Friendly Event
The world’s largest tulip festival, this 10 day
celebration each May, was established in
1953 to preserve the heritage of Canada’s role
in liberating the Dutch during the Second
World War. The tulip remains a valuable symbol
of friendship, with special meaning to the people of Canada and its National Capital
Region.
VE Day and Opening Ceremonies, May 8th
On the 70th Anniversary of the victory in Europe the Tulip Festival features a
commemorative public ceremony at 11:30 am at the Canadian War Memorial near the
Parliament Buildings, followed by Tulip Festival Opening Ceremonies 12:30-2pm at
Commissioners Park on the Concert Stage. In the evening we present the SRO Big Band
and a tribute to Veterans fireworks performance that night over Dow’s Lake.
