The May Crowning will be held on Saturday, May
9th. Beginning at 4:30 pm, the rosary will be
recited in procession in the Garden of Saints and
will be led into church where the crowning of the Blessed Mother will
take place followed by the celebration of Mass. All 8th grade boys and
girls of the parish who recently received their Confirmation, along with
the children of the First Communion Class are asked to be part of the
court. All First Communicants are asked to wear their First

Thursday May 7, 2015 at 6:30pm for anyone interested in being a host
family for incoming Chinese students to GCHS. Host families receive

An Evening of Remembrance & Healing

The Holy Hour will consist of a Gospel reading, recitation of the
Rosary, a Litany of our Parish Patrons, Adoration and Benediction
with two periods of silence in the middle.

send out laborers for his harvest.” Your presence and your prayers
are most important to this cause as we all work together in the work
of vocations. Everyone is invited to attend.
Celebrate with your family! The 20th Annual NJ Catholic
Youth Rally will be held at Six Flags Great Adventure in Jackson,
NJ on May 17th .This event is open to all youth and their families.
Tickets are $45 and include park admission, all-you-can-eat lunch
buffet and parking. Bishop Dennis Sullivan, Bishop of Camden, will

…On Saturday May 16th, (RAIN or SHINE), the St Padre Pio Knights
of Columbus St. John XXIII Council 6621 will be replacing the
American flags at St Mary's and OLP cemeteries in honor of our
veterans. This date is also Armed Forces Day. We will be starting at
9:00am at St Mary's then going to OLP. EVERYONE is invited to
come out and help.

maintaining financial records, including a file for each vendor;

the parish properties and recommending contractors to the pastor as
needs arise; and serving as the primary contact person for contractors.
