Our clients are mostly large industrial groups in Energy & Environment, Aeronau3cs, Space & Defense, Agri-‐food, and Automo3ve. ResponsibiliSes The Business Development Director reports to the CEO. He/she will be responsible for: • Developing the revenues and the gross margin within an industrial sector or a geographical area: map key accounts, idenSfy key players (among Chief Technology Officer, Chief InnovaSon Officer, etc.), organize face to face meeSngs, idenSfy opportuniSes, prepare proposals, negoSate (with mulSple interlocutors) and close deals. • Managing a team of Opera3ons Managers and of Fellows: create a project team before the sales to prepare the proposal, supervise the execuSon of the project a`er the deal was closed. • Ensuring excellence with the deliverables: the Business Development Director is accountable for the success of the project and for the excellence of the deliverables. Required Skills and Experience • Strong professional experience in business development within a technological and innovaSve environment (a technical background is a plus); a T-‐Shaped profile is ideal.
