Responsible for aspects of business change projects including the people, process and technology
change. Liaising with the wider business to drive projects to completion, key sponsors include
British Airways and the IAG Group. The role requires liaison with key stakeholders and working
with business management (on behalf of the project sponsor), product managers and a mix of
specialist staff from key departments. Working with teams to help them adopt the Agile process
that works best for the team.
Main duties include: capturing and agreeing project requirements with the Product Owners,
estimating resource effort/costs and documenting benefits to seek appropriate approval. Producing
required plans, project proposals and managing project budgets between £250k to £2m. Leading
and teaching the Agile / Scrum framework with the project team and project sponsors.
