York Fixed Routes. As part of that process, public
comment will be accepted until March 9, 2015.
SEEKING
PUBLIC COMMENT
–
Proposed changes may be found on the website
and comments may be directed to: rabbittransit,
1230 Roosevelt Ave., York, PA 17404 or
info@rabbittransit.org. Comment forms are also
available at the downtown Transfer Center.
If the proposed changes are approved, the service
changes would become effective on June 7, 2015.
Honoring Community
The Deputy Adjutant
General of Veterans
Affairs, BG Jerry Beck,
tested a FindMyRidePA
kiosk with rabbittransit
Executive Director Rich
Farr. The initiative is in
cooperation with PennDOT and allows veterans and their families to
identify transportation
options and book a ride
through the website or
one of 6 kiosks in York
County.
The support of the Adams County Community
has been incredibly valuable this year and
rabbittransit would like to thank the efforts of a
long list of sponsors for their generosity.
Among these supporters, is an individual who led
the charge for several years in the early stages of
Freedom Transit. Without his contribution, the
continuation of
the Blue Line
would not have
been possible.
rabbittransit
recognized David
Sites at the Feb.
12th Chamber
meeting for his
generous support.

New Phone System Coming Soon!
rabbittransit will transition to a new phone system
in early March 2015. We will test the new system
in late February to ensure the transition is as seamless as possible. We appreciate your patience
should you encounter any minor interruptions.

is hosting a joint meeting on Thursday, Feb. 25,
with York healthcare providers for a focus group
discussion regarding public transportation service
of patients to and from healthcare appointments.
