Manager’s Notes
A Lot about Lots
The Scoop…
We have decided to broach the subject of lot upkeep because the
weeds appear to be winning the battle of the “weed wars” in some
of the resident's lots. We realize how daunting it may seem when
the weeds decide to stake a claim at your abode; nevertheless, it's
important to remember that one of the reasons you chose to move
into Rincon Country Mobile Home Park was because of the wellkept appearance of the park in general. Thus, it's important to
keep the weeds at bay. That's why many of you have received
letters instructing you to remove the weeds from your lot. Keep in
mind, this is because the Rules and Regulations you were given
when you moved into the park clearly state that you agree to
maintain your lots free of weeds and to keep the trees and
shrubbery trimmed. So we are just asking you to do what you
agreed to do when you moved into the park. However, we do
understand there may be circumstances where some of you may
have some difficulty with this due to illness, etc. If this is the case,
please give the office a call and we can arrange to have your lot
weeded for you for a cost. But it's important that we hear from
you. We also want you to know you are not alone in this. Our
maintenance staff is going to be exerting extra effort towards
keeping the weeds under control in the common areas as well. So
our mutual cooperation will go a long way!
Pets from outside the park are not allowed into the park to visit.
Once more, pets are not allowed on the boulevard grassy areas.
And PLEASE do not leave your full pet waste bags on the grass for
the maintenance staff to pick up. Your pets “little offerings” are
your responsibility and not the maintenance staff's responsibility.
So please, take your full pet waste bags home with you to deposit
into your trash. Additionally, the pet waste bags are provided as a
courtesy for the many dog walkers in our park. So please only take
as needed (one at a time).
In closing, the park wishes to recognize Jeff Leslie and the rest of
the volunteers for all of the planning and work that went into
making the commemoration held on May 3, a success. Their
sincere desire to so extend themselves for others is highly laudable.
The park thanks you!
Remember, your Rincon experience is what you make it!

Additionally, the other issue we are encountering is the
accumulation of a lot of items being stored outside at a number of
the resident's lots. Once more, when you moved into the park you
were informed of the rules that require you to keep all personal
property stored in an appropriate storage shed or in your home,
except for standard patio furniture, barbecue equipment, trash
cans, and operable bicycles, which by the way must be kept in an
attractive and well-maintained condition. This requirement is also
a kindness to your neighbors who see your lot on a daily basis. So
if you receive a letter, please do your utmost to clean up your lot.
Your neighbors will applaud your efforts!

On a positive note, we would like to commend all of you who
strive to maintain your lots in a well-kept manner. We know this is
not an easy task so we wanted to let you know that your hard
work does not go unnoticed. Plus, it contributes to the enjoyment
of living here at Rincon Country. Thus, we wish to extend you a
warm thank you for your diligence in this area!

Speaking of the pools, please rinse off before entering the pools
and spa to remove excess oils from your skin and swim wear. We
also ask that no street clothes be worn in the pools or spas except
for T-shirts which may be worn to protect your skin from the sun.
Or cute little sun visors. You get the meaning.

IN PARK / CALL DALE / 870-9010
The May 3rd lunch and “Salute to our Vets” was nothing short of fantastic. Over 200
people showed up, giving thanks for our freedom and the men and women who helped
protect it. Their service will always be in my prayers. Even though the event is over, let us
not stop thanking them, especially in these trying times, or take for granted what we
have. Peace.
I would like to take this opportunity to thank all who helped. The band and color guard
from Fort Huachuca who volunteered their day to honor our vets. To Pat Saxton who
brought all the flags and banners that graced our pool area and the front entrance. Well
done. Gabby Mercer our key speaker who spoke from the heart about what it means to
be an American. Her husband who gave the blessing. Ret. Colonel John Gold sharing
stories of his time in service. The Gatekeepers band who felt it is a great honor to play for
and honor our veterans.
Then there are the people from this park who have graciously given their time and energy
to help with this event. Like Glenn and Chuck who barbequed the dogs. Mike Burgess,
my right hand man who helped put up the shade cloth, sound system and lots of other
details. Maintenance for arranging table and chairs. Rincon Country management and
owner who paid for the food and the shade cloth. The Roadrunners who helped
with the food service and clean up. Bonnie Gonzales who helped with the flyer.
Bill Sikes with internet stuff. All the folks that lent me their umbrellas and
canopies. Last but not least my wife who helped with the grommets in the
shade cloth, headed up the kitchen, and put up with my sleepless nights
worrying about what had to get done. If I missed anyone, I'm sorry.
From the bottom of my heart I want to thank you for
supporting this notion that giving thanks and showing
appreciation is a worthwhile endeavor.
Thank you.
Jeff Leslie

The 3411 HOA is your association. The objectives of the association are: To promote and sponsor activities for the benefit and
welfare of all residents. To act as liaison between residents and management of Rincon Country Mobile Home Park. To act as
liaison between residents and AAMHO in pursuit of mutual goals.
Membership is gained by payment of dues of $1.00 per year for each home in the park. Become a member by paying your dues
to the Membership Chairperson at any meeting or function. Meetings are held the first Monday of each month at 6:30 pm.
Our goals are to make RCMHP a great place to live. If you have concerns or suggestions, please contact any of the people listed
above. By working together in a positive manner we can accomplish our goals.
If problems arise, we suggest that the following system be used to resolve those problems. First, if it involves a neighbor, talk it
over in a friendly, courteous manner. If it is about management-related things or if it is neighbor-related and can't be resolved
then talk to park management. In almost all cases this will be the only action necessary. In the rare situation where a problem
cannot be resolved as above, you may then contact one of the 3411 officers. Please keep in mind that often some research
needs to be done in order to get you an answer. Advance notice can give management or your officers time to look into the
matter and come up with a satisfactory solution.
Life in Rincon Country is great. By working with each other, we can continue to have the good life we moved here to enjoy.
Sincerely, your Board of Directors
