Tech Note Version: Datum: 1.0.2 TouchOne ENG 19-03-2015 How-To: Connecting the Robin SV to the Iddero TouchOne ROBIN Robin Tech Note gf2 How-To: Connecting the Robin SV to the Iddero TouchOne Robin SV and the Iddero Touch One The Robin SmartView (SV) can be connected directly to an Iddero TouchOne panel without the use of a SIP PBX. In this How-To: document we will describe the procedure to successfully connect the Robin SV with the Iddero TouchOne panel. Basic setup of the TouchOne Connect the TouchOne to the power supply and to the network. The device will automatically boot. After booting the main screen is visible. 1. Click on gear symbol Robin Tech Note 2. Click on ‘System’ gf3 How-To: Connecting the Robin SV to the Iddero TouchOne Robin Tech Note 3. Click on ‘Network’ and enter the IP-address, subnet mask, gateway address and DNS server of the TouchOne. 4. gf4 How-To: Connecting the Robin SV to the Iddero TouchOne Click ‘Save’ and reboot the TouchOne. Robin Tech Note gf5 How-To: Connecting the Robin SV to the Iddero TouchOne The configuration of the Robin SV Log in to the Robin SV and navigate to -Telephony-Phonebook-. 5. Create a Phone book entry for the TouchOne. - To do this, click on -Phonebook- ‘+ Add Entry’. 6. Choose a name for the TouchOne panel that will be connected to the Robin SV. This will be the ‘Description’. - In this example we use ‘TouchOne’ as the description. 7. The number to dial consists of two parts, separated by a ‘@’. • The first part is the number you would like to use, you can choose any number, but for this example we use ‘100’. • The second part is the IP-address of the TouchOne panel. In this example we use 192.168.160.200 In this example the complete number is: 100@192.168.160.200 8. Apply settings Robin Tech Note gf6 How-To: Connecting the Robin SV to the Iddero TouchOne After we finished the ‘Phonebook’ part of the configuration, you need to select the number to dial. Navigate to -Telephony-Call settings- 9. Select the ‘TouchOne’ as ‘First’ entry. - The Robin SV will dial this number when the button is pressed. Next is the configuration of RTSP, so you can view the video of the Robin SV on the TouchOne panel. Navigate to -Network-RTSP- 10. In this example we use the following details: Name: Robin SV Associated SIP user: 100 IP address / hostname: 192.168.160.59 Door code: ## Username: admin Password: 123qwe 4. Apply settings Robin Tech Note gf9 How-To: Connecting the Robin SV to the Iddero TouchOne You can also add the camera of the Robin SV as a IP camera. This allows you to look at the video of the Robin SV whenever you like. 1. Add the IP camera of the Robin SV. Click on ‘IP cameras’ 2. Apply settings The TouchOne is now configured and ready to accept calls from the Robin SV and to display video from the Robin SV camera.
