ROCKY FORK HEADLEY HUNT 2015 Hunter Pace Series Rocky Fork 5159 Clark State Road Gahanna, Ohio Saturday, July 11, 2015 Please join us for the first of four hunter paces for 2015. A hunter pace is a fun, lightly competitive ride on a cross country course at a selected pace. Our courses ar e from four to six miles in length, and often include wooded trails, fields, creek crossings, hills, rocky or muddy ground and a variety of jumps between one and three feet in height. All jumps are optional. Clothing appropriate to your riding style is recommended. Approved hard hats are required for all mounted riders. Entries will be accepted on the day of the Pace. All riders must register, including signing a RFHH liability waiver prior to mounting your horse. Minors must have a liability waiver signed by a parent or legal guardian. Large rigs should park at the RFHH kennels 5159 Clark State Rd. Small rigs and passenger cars will enter via the country club driveway at 5189 Clark State Rd. There are four speed divisions. Teams consist of two or three horses. No individual competitors. Awarding ribbons to fourth place for huntsman's pace and ribbons to eighth place for the other three divisions. Awards announced for Huntsman’s Pace at 10:30. Entry Fees Non-hunt club members Registered hunt club members (RFHH, MVH, etc.) Juniors (22 years or younger) $40.00 / Rider $30.00 / Rider $15.00 / Rider Riders wishing to go more than once are half price. Cold water and snacks available to riders of the day. PLEASE NO DOGS! Directions Take I-270 to Hamilton Rd/Gahanna exit. Go north on Hamilton Rd about 1 ½ miles. Turn right on Clark State Rd. Go ½ mile to Rocky Fork Country Club on the right (look for RFHH pace signs). From the east, use State Route #605/Reynoldsburg New Albany Rd. and turn west.
