What is Cyberport Internship Programme?
We offer students to gain valuable experience and training during the summer/spring vacation or for a longer
period (e.g. 12 months) as part of their curriculum requirement. Each selected candidate will be assigned a
specific project and a mentor. Each project will have well defined deliverables, providing students with
practical experience and learning objectives.

Collaboration Centre aims to facilitate partnerships and alliances between Hong Kong's
ICT SMEs and global enterprises to achieve mutual success. It provides business support to
ICT SMEs in Hong Kong to enable them to tap into the overseas and mainland China
markets. The intern student will help to assist the event logistic and support the team members
for the ICT Conference and Exhibitions.

Assist in planning and implementation of various events of the centre which may include
the ICT Delegations to overseas, Cloud Conference in Guangdong, Battle Silicon, IT Fest
etc.

Support the marketing and promotion activities, and on-site event management aimed to
promote the exchange of technology and talent between Hong Kong and worldwide ICT
enterprises to fuel the growth of the ICT industry in Hong Kong.

The Entrepreneurship Centre was first established in 2005 under the Innovation and Technology Fund (ITF) to support
the development of start-up companies/SMEs in digital entertainment and creative lifestyle industries. Riding on its
success, Cyberport has decided to support the Incubation Programme with its own funding starting from February
2012. The new Incubation Programme aims to support the development of the Hong Kong ICT industry. The
programme provides incubatees with access to rent-free office space, advanced ICT facilities and resources, support in
business development, financing and hiring of graduate interns, as well as entrepreneurship and technology training for a
period of up to two years.
The Entrepreneurship Centre also runs the Cyberport Creative Micro Fund (CCMF) Scheme. CCMF seeks to spark
creativity and innovation in ICT industries by providing seed funding of HK$100,000 for concept and prototype
development in a 6-month project period.

The Entrepreneurship programmes, Incubation Programme and Cyberport Creative Micro
Fund (CCMF) , nurture and strengthen Information and Communications Technology (ICT)
entrepreneurs and start-ups by offering financial assistance, support and professional
services of all kinds in different stages of enterprise development. The intern student will
help on recruitment activites due to the increased number of intake and admission from
Incubation Programme and CCMF.
The intern student will help develop, edit and dispatch bi-monthly eNewsletter, which
provides regular info update and communication with incubatees and grantees.
Also, the intern student will help event logistics and online promotion for Cyberport
entrepreneurship events, e.g. Entrepreneur Day in May, Global Entrepreneurship Week in
November, boot camps and seminars.
To collect, verify and analyses company data via telephone/ email survey activities (with
applicants, incubatees and grantees)
To work closely with inter-departments to provide assistance in preparing and handlimg legal
documents
To develop, edit and dispatch promotion material including bi-monthly eNewsletter, websites,
social media post to digital channels
To assist in event logistics arrangement and support for the teams
Excellent command of written (in both English and Chinese) and interpersonal /

The Intern student will helps to build an event management database to provide robust
analytics and better customer services.

Besides, the intern student will also assist in implementing a business contact
management system that facilitates the company to maintain high compliant standard
of data protection as well as to provide more quality customer services.
