NOTES FROM YOUR PREZ WOW! Did you realize this is our 26th year as Sandhills Shag Club? We really have history, don’t we? Some of you are fairly new to our club, but we surely do have fun and make memories! We have had our ups & downs over the years but we hung in there and we are still going strong! It takes a lot of effort, dedication and genuine love for our club & the members. We are a family of shaggers and friends! Thank you each one for being a part of our beloved Sandhills Shag Club. Thank you in advance to Norma & Johnny, Phyllis & Wayne, Linda & Robbie for volunteering to host our March party!! Thank y’all so very much! Also, Joy & Donnie, Jackie & Tony and Donna for volunteering to host our June party!! Thank each of you for volunteering! We really appreciate your thoughtfulness!! If you would like to volunteer for one of our parties, please let me or an officer know. If you are willing to decorate but not work the door, that will be fine. SSC will pay for the tablecloths, etc. and give you a check for $35 for decorations. Please consider volunteering. We would love to see your ideas for a monthly party. Thank you. Please remember, our party begins at 7:00pm, our meeting and then enjoy our food table and dancing! It may be cold on the outside, but it won’t be cold on the dance floor!
