Woodward Gallery
A stately-appointed gallery of equestrian art and trophies. With a built-in projection screen, the Woodward gallery is an
elegant setting for small dinners and programs, presentations or as a ‘green room’ for events in Fox or Antioch Courts.
Capacity: Seated meal 60, Theater-style presentation 100
Availability: Monday/Tuesday anytime; Wednesday through Sunday evenings

Please note – cocktail receptions, buffet dinners, and dark liquids are not permitted in Woodward Gallery. That includes

Hess Boardroom
Hosting a seminar, lecture, or business meeting in the Hess Boardroom provides guests with a professional setting,
including a presentation screen and state-of-the-art projector. Museum-supplied conference tables and chairs included.

Required Staff
The BMA provides an Event Manager, trained Security Guards and Facilities staff to work each event. The number of
staff required for an event is determined by the spaces rented and the number of guests estimated to attend. Staff is
scheduled for duration of event plus set-up and breakdown time. The rates are as follows:
