ASUB: GreenFest Committee Vice-Chair
PURPOSE OF ASUB: GREENFEST COMMITTEE:
Under the direction of the Aztec Student Union Board, organize, coordinate, and execute GreenFest
events in an effort to promote sustainability, diversity and Aztec pride.
PURPOSE OF GREENFEST VICE-CHAIR:
a. The Vice Chair shall be elected by the Committee and shall serve a term of one (1) year.
b. The Vice Chair shall assume the duties and the rights of the Chair in the Chairs absence.
c. The Vice Chair shall assist with programming efforts on behalf of the Chair and of the
Committee.
d. Support the morale of the board.
e. Report to the GreenFest Chair on any ideas to develop GreenFest with a student perspective
f. The Vice Chair shall overlook all marketing efforts from the GreenFest Committee.
g. The Vice Chair shall chair the GreenFest Action Team and oversee their efforts.

REQUIREMENTS:


Attendance at the weekly meetings every Fridays from 9:00am--‐11:00am
Participate and assist in various events throughout academic year
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education:
Must be regularly enrolled SDSU student, carrying at least six units per semester.
Employment:
May not be a paid part--‐+me employee of an Associated Students department (Aztec
Recreation Center, Aztec Aquaplex, Aztec Student Union, A.S. Business Services,
Government Affairs Office, Viejas Arena, Open Air Theatre, Mission Bay Aquatic
Center, and SDSU Children’s Center).

submit via email to greenfest@mail.sdsu.edu by Thursday, April 9, 2015 by 4pm.
If selected for an interview, you will be notified Friday, April 10, 2015. Interviews
are scheduled for Friday, April 17, 2015 from 9:00am - 11:00am.
