About the Programme Our 2-year functional rotation programme is about learning business fast. It will give you the skills, experience and commercial insight. You’ll take on real challenges, work with inspiring leaders and talented colleagues, and rapidly progress to become a leader yourself. Stream: Retail Business 1) Customer Development Trainee You will lead market development with our customers by leveraging our expertise in categories, shoppers and channels. You will: Develop and implement customer business/ marketing plans with customers Manage and optimize trade investment for best return Take leadership roles on cross-functional teams to deliver best-in-class customer service Work with customers to execute point of sales as per channel plan/ strategy 2) Finance Trainee You will be making decisions (on your own and as part of teams) which directly determine the future of our brands, the way we work with our customers or the way we set up new businesses and fund them. You will: Work closely with Marketing and Customer Development teams to set strategy and implement as planned in order to maximize value to shareholders Focus on management accounting to analyze promotion project performance 3) Marketing Trainee You will be building an in-depth knowledge of brands – and the consumers who love them. With this professional skill, you will build brand love for them via twoway consumer “conversations.” You will: Take leadership roles on cross-functional teams to grow our brands Develop and implement brand marketing plans and integrated campaigns Organize and assist with both internal and external marketing events to launch new products 4) Supply Chain Trainee You will be involving in every stage of our supply process, starting with sourcing raw materials and ending with timely delivery. It is down to you and your teams to make sure our products are available on the shelves at the highest quality, when consumers want then and at a good price. You will: Work closely with Marketing and Customer Management teams to manage and deliver the most cost-effective sourcing plans Assist in designing a more efficient distribution network Deliver the most customer-oriented service to our customers Stream: Food Solutions Business 1) Customer Development Trainee You will develop and execute a fully integrated plan with brands and categories for our customers and channels. It goes further into fulfilling the needs of our customers and the diners. Develop and implement customer business plans, trade or operator level Manage and optimize trade investment for best return Work with internal departments to deliver best-in-class customer service Conduct study on project basis and provide recommendations to facilitate management decision as needed 2) Marketing Trainee You will be taking care of a brand & the respective products. Your challenge will be to develop marketing strategy involves setting direction, providing product innovation and managing local marketing mix to unlock growth opportunity in the food service market. Involve in marketing strategy development and work with internal departments. e.g. R&D, Sales, Supply Chain Involve in customer / consumer insight works that facilitate growth agenda setting Assist to develop brand communications targeting at food service sector Prepare project plan and work with multi-function project team to drive innovation development Requirements: Fresh or recent graduates (with less than two years of work experience) in any discipline from recognized universities Good academic results Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese Appetite to learn fast, strong initiative and creative problem solving Application: Please use our online application form to apply.
