Worked as a Demonstrator at Biophysics Department, Faculty of Science, Cairo University (January 2008 till May 2010). RESEARCH EXPERIENCES In my M.Sc. research work I have studied the correlation between protein structure folding and Wide Angle X-ray Scattering (WAXS) signatures and suggest WAXS as a tool to investigate protein structure folding changes. Also I suggest WAXS generated in silico as a tool that can be used in protein model validation. In my Ph.D. work I used Molecular modeling, QSAR, computational chemistry and protein modeling to study the difference in the interactions between HCV NS5B polymerase from different genotypes with different drugs some of which currently 2 used and other drugs in clinical trials phase II or III.
