Required Tests Note: The order in which the test steps are listed reflects the sequence of the certification criterion and does not necessarily prescribe the order in which the test should take place. 1.1 Record Disclosures Made for Treatment, Payment, and Healthcare Operations Evaluate the Health IT Module’s ability to record disclosures made for treatment, payment, and healthcare operations, in accordance with the standard specified at §170.210(d). Item # 1 Technical Outcome Test Lab Verification Test Approach The date, time, patient identification, user identification, and a description of the disclosures made for treatment, payment, and health care operations is recorded each time a patient’s health information is shared. The tester verifies that the Health IT Module records date, time, patient identification, user identification, and a description of the disclosures made for treatment, payment, and health care operations, in accordance with the standard specified at §170.210(d).
