National School Leadership Conference 2015 Preconference 104-LD – Monday June 15 Jeffrey C. Lemke Marketing on a Budget Leaders will receive 10 to 20 ideas that can be used to recruit new families. These ideas will be prioritized based on an organization’s budget, time, market, philosophy, and relevancy. Attendees will develop an understanding of how to create a marketing plan, nurture community partnerships, build key communication points, manage data effectively, identify trends that affect recruitment, sustain an organizational philosophy that supports outreach, negotiate partnerships with marketing organizations, brand services in an appealing manner, optimize web sites for increased exposure, and influence word of mouth connections through direct mail, billboards, emailing, social media and video. Dr. Jeffrey Lemke Director of Admissions Marketing and International Programs - West St. Paul MN Dr. Jeffrey C. Lemke, the Admissions Director for St. Croix Lutheran High School, specializes in community outreach, marketing, and international recruitment for St. Croix Lutheran High School. Before St. Croix, Lemke directed a St. Paul Family Center program that assisted new immigrants with the transition to life in America, a role that included extensive grant writing and community partnership development. Lemke attended Grace in Prairie Du Chien and Atonement in Milwaukee before attending St. Croix in the Twin Cities. He studied psychology, theology, and communications at Wisconsin Lutheran College, graduating in 2003. Lemke earned a Master’s in Organizational Leadership and a Doctoral Degree in Education Administration, graduating in 2011 from Bethel University. Jeff met his wife Erika, an Appleton native, when she was an Admissions Coordinator for an elite Minneapolis private school. Erika earned her Master’s degree in Philanthropy and Development and works with the Children’s Hospital Foundation. They enjoy time with their three children.
