The Campus Manager is a crucial role in SAE’s structure, being responsible for the optimal functioning
of the branch, ensuring it operates smoothly, profitably and in line with company strategy. Working
within a Matrix Management environment, the Campus Manager will be the local link between
Operations and Functions, working closely with the functional heads of Finance, Marketing,
Recruitment and Academics to ensure the execution of company policy and the achievement of
established goals.
Essential Criteria:

Proven career track within Creative Media or Education industry, in a leadership or management
position;

Demonstrable experience in managing a Team;

Experience/knowledge of financial analysis (budgeting);

Local language plus written and spoken English;

Demonstrable abilities with Office suite and to report in a corporate environment;

Experience in leading organisational changes;

Must have full working rights for the country of deployment.
Desirable Criteria:

SAE graduate and/or SAE experience will be highly valued;

Experience with international company highly valued;

Bachelor Degree or MBA equivalent highly valued;

CAMPUS MANAGER
OVERVIEW
The Campus Manager is a crucial role in SAE’s structure, being responsible for the optimal functioning of the
branch, ensuring it operates smoothly, profitably and in line with company strategy. Working within a Matrix
Management environment, the Campus Manager will be the local link between Operations and Functions,
working closely with the functional heads of Finance, Marketing, Recruitment and Academics to ensure the
execution of company policy and the achievement of established goals.
He/she will oversee that the company provides an appropriate workplace environment, ensuring that day to
day affairs are ran as effectively as possible and providing staff with the leadership and development
opportunities needed for them to function as an integrated team. He/she will deal with issues as they arise with
professionalism and maturity, acting proactively to identify and prevent them.
The Campus manager will be responsible for implementing executive decisions made by Functional, Regional
or Central management, as well as making his/her own in order to achieve the above stated goals. Although
there will be a high degree of autonomy, the ability to perform effectively within a diverse team is key.

CAMPUS MANAGER
PRIMARY OBJECTIVES AND DUTIES
Key responsibilities
● Sustaining and creating strategic relationships with local education authorities and credible creative
media industry stakeholders.
● Expansion of approved programme offerings.
● Ensure administrative tasks are performed in a correct and timely manner.

Finance
In collaboration with the local Finance Manager and the local Accountant, the Campus Manager will:

Complete forecast of revenues.

Marketing and Sales
In collaboration with the Director of Student Recruitment and the Director of Marketing, the Campus Manager

Ensure the provision of appropriate physical, human, electronic and support services for students and
