The Admission team offers a vital role for the overall admission and enrolment of students. dealing with student payment enquiries; communicating payment deadlines and enforcing late payment policies where applicable Respond to email/internet enquiries from students and agents relating to admission Maintain regular contact with prospective students as directed by the DMA Prepare, process and manage the activities related to the issuance of CAS and any other Visa Support documents and confirmation of acceptance Refer student accommodation enquiries and information requests and bookings to Student Services Team, liaising with the Manager Student Services and Support to ensure an obstacle free accommodation booking and referral service Ensure compliance with the regulatory framework governing the admissions function Reports and Reporting Function Track and analyse application trends, and provide data analysis reports to inform the student services and customer service provision; the strategic direction of the marketing process and, the development of new academic offerings Prepare monthly reports on admission issues and trends inclusive of recommendations for more effective management of the admission and student communication process: Reports to cover – applications, outstanding offers, withdrawals, deferrals and confirmations for each commencement period Assist in the preparation and analysis of statistical data and trends relating to the performance of student academic outcomes as required and directed by Admission Manager Contribute to reports as directed for the Home Office on those students who have successfully taken up their place and those who have failed to materialise or have been placed on ‘terminated’ status by the College Marketing Assist the DMA and members of the Marketing team to develop effective relationships with Agents and counsellors in agency offices.
