Things to Know
FINAL DETAILS
To ensure your requirements are met it is necessary to receive details of your function schedule, menu selection
and floor plans 3 (three) weeks prior to your function.
WHEELCHAIR & DISABLED ACCESS
Wheelchair access to the building and designated disabled toilets are available.
DIETARY REQUIREMENTS
If you have people among your guests who are vegetarians or have special dietary requirements, they will be
catered for at no additional costs. Please advise the Seacliff Restaurant 2 weeks prior to the event
EXTERNAL SUPPLIERS
If your selected package includes DJ/MC, and/or Stationary, Seacliff will organise and book the individual suppliers.
You will then need to make arrangements to meet with them personally to discuss your requirements in more
detail. Your suppliers will be booked once your event has been confirmed and the deposit has been received.
PROFESSIONAL MEALS
Professional Meals are available upon request. The menu is as per Wedding Menu excluding alcoholic drinks. The
charge is $35. Professional meals will be served after meals for the function have been served or at a time
convenient for the contractor. Professional meals are available to anyone providing a service at your wedding who
is not a guest.
PARKING
Parking is offered to Seacliff guests in our private car park adjacent to the building. Please note parking spaces are
allocated on a first come first served basis.

Terms & Conditions
CONFIRMATION
Confirmation of a booking must be made in writing with signed Terms & Conditions and completed Function Confirmation form
and Deposit within seven (7) days of the original reservation. If the Deposit is not received within seven (7) days of the original
booking, Management reserves the right to cancel the tentative booking and allocate the venue to another client.
PAYMNENT SCHEDULE
Deposit – Upon confirmation we require a Deposit of $1000 (one thousand Australian Dollars). The deposit will be held as a
security bond and refunded seven (7) days after the event and used to cover damaged property, stolen items and any unpaid
tabs
Final Payment
The final payment is based on final guest numbers (or minimum guest numbers, whichever is greater) and is required 7 (seven)
days prior to the date of the function. Any additional or unexpected charges must be settled prior to the date of the function.
CANCELLATION & CHANGE OF DATE
All cancellations or change of Function Date must be made in writing. Cancellations and changes of Function Date made after
the Function Confirmation Form has been signed and the Deposit has been received will be subject to the following:
If the cancellation is less than 3 months prior to the date of the function the deposit is non-refundable. If less than 1 month prior
to the date of the function 50% of the minimum spend applies. If less than 2 weeks prior to the date of the function the full
amount of the event applies
COMMENCEMENT AND VACATING OF FUNCTION ROOMS
The function room must be vacated by 4:30pm for lunch bookings, unless otherwise specified. There is no hire fee for the
private room but a minimum number of people are required. The restaurant reserves the right to move groups to the main
dining room if numbers drop significantly.
OTHER FUNCTIONS
The venue reserves the right to book other functions in the same room up to an hour before the scheduled function
commencement time and an hour after the scheduled finishing time. Additionally the venue reserves the right to book a
concurrent function in adjoining rooms at any time.
DAMAGES
Clients are financially responsible for any damage sustained to the venue by the Client, Client’s guests; client employed
professionals, invitees or other persons attending the function, whether in the room reserved or any other area of the venue.
Any costs will be invoiced directly.
CONDUCT OF EVENT
The client shall conduct the event in an orderly manner compliant with the rules of the venue and in accordance with all
applicable laws.BYO is not permitted. Smoking is not permitted in the restaurant. The Seacliff’s management and employees
will at all times be bound to state licensing laws and the responsible service of alcohol act.
UNPAID ACCOUNTS
We reserve the right to charge any unpaid accounts to Credit card details that we have received or deduct from the security
deposit.
