About the
instructor:
Shankar Santhiram
is the Principle
Consultant of EQ
Training & Development. With over 18 years
corporate leadership experience and a law
degree from University of Sussex, UK, his
training programs offer much practical insights.
Shankar has conducted training for some of the
region’s best known corporate entities like
Petronas, the CIMB Group, Danone, Panin Bank
Group Indonesia, Empire Hotel Group Brunei
and is a registered training provider for Siemens
Malaysia. He is a regular contributor on
