About The Author
Tim Robins is originally from England and
has been researching detoxification, nutrition
and personal development for over a
decade.
Tim holds a degree in Applied Psychology
and is also a Certified Practitioner in both
Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and
Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT).
Since 2005 Tim has been living in Thailand
and working alongside some of the best
known fasting and wellness centres, as both
a fasting/detox consultant and as a mental/emotional therapist.

discover in minutes, what has taken me years of researching and testing.

or nutrition, this is a quick and focused „how to‟ guide that will assist you
in taking action and getting good results as soon as possible. I have
selected what I believe to be the core protocols (set of steps / guidelines)
and core products needed to maximise your level of health.
Every method and product listed here is of natural origin and safe for your
body. There are no pharmaceutical drugs being recommended here, nor
is there anything that only a doctor must prescribe. Instead, I am
recommending natural non-toxic methods that work WITH your body, not
against it. It is through these scientifically validated methods that I have
seen some incredible healing transformations in hundreds of people.
Health is something that we must continually support and nourish. Just
like a physical building, health requires ongoing maintenance in order to
last longer. Neglect supporting your body and it will break down. But

Tim‟s Story
Years ago I used to be afraid of sickness and disease. Like many people,
I had witnessed my beloved relatives die from illnesses which I knew
nothing about and it left me feeling fearful and helpless.
I witnessed my much loved grandmother die from cancer and my
grandfather from an inoperable ulceration of the stomach. I knew little
about health then and I wasn‟t able to help them in the ways that I wished
I could have.
Years later I witnessed my brother battling a life threatening bacterial
infection in a hospital. I remember seeing groups of learned doctors
scratching their heads not knowing what to do in order to stop the
antibiotic-resistant infection from spreading further. Again I felt frustrated,
helpless and in disbelief that there seemed to be such limited options
available to him in a world class hospital.
I remember at the time how my gut feeling was telling me that there must
be other methods that could heal him; but I had no idea what such a
solution could be. Yet I somehow felt certain that nature must have a
remedy for every illness.
The deaths of my grandparents and near death of my brother sparked a
passion in me. A passion to learn about the body, about disease and
about the most effective ways of supporting the body‟s natural healing
capabilities. Although I had thought this passion was a something new at
the time, I now see that its roots had been laid down in earlier life
experiences.
When I first started school aged five, so my mum reminds me, I suddenly
developed a nasty chest infection and ear ache. The family doctor
prescribed two rounds of antibiotics, but a year later and the infection still
kept returning. My mum, god bless her, saw that the antibiotics weren‟t
working and decided to try a different route. She took me to a
reflexologist and completely changed my diet to fruit and vegetables.

After just a few days of fruits, vegetables and some reflexology the
infection and earache vanished. From then on if any such aliments began
to appear this was the first line of treatment and I never had to
experience a chest infection again.
At the age of 10 our family moved to a new area and I began to get a
wheezy chest during the summer. The doctor said it was asthma and
prescribed a Ventolin inhaler. Not accepting this diagnosis, my mum
again took a different route and put me back on the fruit and vegetables,
with some immune-boosting supplements and plenty of swimming. Within
a few weeks, I was cycling to school regularly without any breathing
problems at all.
So from my earliest experiences I have seen firsthand how aliments and
illnesses can be reversed through better diet and with some simple
practical measures that support health. In many cases I have seen how a
natural and supportive approach produces far better healing results than
the medicines promoted by mainstream medicine.
I haven‟t been in a hospital for any medical procedures since my birth. I
haven‟t taken any antibiotics since I was 14 (I‟m now 33). Likewise I
don‟t get flu, coughs, fever or any such illness. For years I had assumed
this was normal; but I now see how unusual such a disease-free life is.
In more recent years I have been captivated with testing advanced
healing methods, many of which are unheard of by most people. These
are the tools that I am so keen to share with you. They are safe,
affordable and, most importantly, effective.
These empowering steps will help you to be in the driving seat of your
own health. There is no better way to inspire positive change in others
than by first making positive changes in oneself.

What is health?
A wise woman once explained health to me
in a way I have never forgotten: she spoke
of the four broad dimensions to health:
physical health, mental health, emotional
health and spiritual health, and how they
can be compared to the tyres on a car. All
four tyres need to be well maintained in
order for the car to be stable. Unless all four dimensions of our health are
equally supported, we experience an unstable journey through life and
health suffers as a result.
It is these four dimensions that make us uniquely human. Our physical
body enables us to move around and interact with the physical world. Our
mind enables us to reflect, consider and plan for a more prosperous and
rewarding life. Our emotions enable us to feel and experience the
richness of our relationship with our self, with others and with the world
around us. Finally, our spiritual dimension enables us to experience
meaning in our life, which can often lead to a deeply peaceful sense of
connection between one‟s self and one‟s universe.
Each of these four dimensions within us require proactive and ongoing
support in order to function at their best. Knowing HOW to support each
dimension is essential for living a happy and rewarding life.
This eBook will provide you with some powerful methods for HOW to heal
and strengthen your physical body. Towards the end of the eBook, I‟ll
touch on some powerful tools for emotional and mental support, but 95%
of this book is focused on how to supporting your physical health.
Before we get into the „how to‟ part of this book (Chapter 2 onwards), I
would first like to introduce you to two key concepts about health.

Key Concept 1
Supporting Health vs. Fighting Disease
The first concept that I‟d like to share with you is simple in nature, but if
you start to live by this it will make a profound improvement to your health
and well being:
Supporting your body‟s health is not the same thing
as fighting disease in your body.
Fighting against something that we don‟t want is not the same as
supporting what we want more of. For example, fighting against
persistent migraines with painkillers is not the same thing as feeding your
body with the necessary nutrients so that the headaches disappear
naturally (or never occur in the first place). The first method fights against
something we don‟t want, the second approach remedies the problem by
supporting the body with what it needs in order to be healthy.
Another example could be fighting an infection with antibiotics rather than
feeding your body with the necessary nutrients so that your immune
system can heal the infection itself. The antibiotics often bring secondary
harmful side effects, whereas supporting your immune system with
increased nutrients can enable it to wipe out the infection without any
side effects at all. A healthy immune system will also prevent most
infections from occurring in the first place.
One approach is fighting; the other approach is supporting and healing.
The body hates to be fought against, but it responds very well to being
supported and enabled to heal.
Although the pain of recurring migraines or persistent infections may feel
like our body is against us, I have come to realise that our bodies are not

against us; quite the opposite, our body wants the best for us and it wants
to serve us well. But our body needs certain things in order for it to serve
us well. Knowing what the body needs is one of the most empowering
and useful things you can ever learn.
In this book you are going to learn over thirty proven, effective and
natural ways to rebuild and support your health. Applying these steps and
over the coming months will enable you to create a powerful immune
system that will keep you disease-free for years to come.
Some immediate benefits of having a nourished and vibrant immune
system are: greatly increased energy levels, younger-looking skin, better
sleep, less physical aches and pains, a clearer and calmer mind, better
memory, faster healing times, better moods in adults, better behaviour in
children plus a more positive emotional outlook on life in general. Plus
great health also makes you far more sexually attractive.
More importantly, having a nourished body and healthy immune system
is the greatest protection against the biggest killers of the western world:
cardiovascular disease, heart attack, stroke, cancers, diabetes, obesity
and respiratory diseases. As you will come to see, this is not opinion or
hype, this is medical fact as demonstrated by over one hundred years of
research into nutrition and its role in maintaining health.
The Conventional Medical Approach
It‟s worth mentioning here the approach to health found in this eBook is
significantly different from the approach that conventional medicine takes.
By „conventional medicine‟ I mean traditional western medicine as is
taught in medical schools around the world. This is the type of medical
training that your family doctor is probably most familiar with. This is the
type of medicine that is practiced and applied in hospitals throughout the
world. This type of medicine is more technically known as allopathic
medicine.

Merriam-Webster's Medical Dictionary defines allopathic medicine as,
“a system of medical practice that aims to combat disease by use of
remedies (such as drugs or surgery) producing effects different from or
incompatible with those produced by the disease being treated.”
In other words, allopathic medicine mainly
focuses on discovering new chemicals and
surgeries designed to fight the processes of
disease. This approach does not focus on
preventing disease; it focuses on fighting it once
it has appeared. It waits for the disease to
appear first and then it takes action. Don‟t you
find that a rather backward or incomplete
approach to health?
This is similar to waiting until your car engine blows up before deciding to
take it to the mechanics! Or comparable to waiting for a war to begin and
then relying on the killing power of your weapons to win it, rather than
focusing on building harmony and preventing a war from happening in the
first place.
Doctors and nurses are therefore very knowledgeable about how to
identify and label diseases once they arise, but their focus is on treating
them once they have occurred, not on how to prevent them from
occurring in the first place.
Yet this „fight the disease‟ approach hasn‟t produced good results in
treating any of the biggest chronic (long lasting) diseases that most
people are dying from. With all its billions of dollars worth of machines,
medicines, vaccines, surgery, procedures and aftercare, allopathic
medicine is currently unable to cure the major killers of our time:
cardiovascular disease, cancers, diabetes or obesity. Don‟t you find that
shocking?

The allopathic approach of fighting disease just isn‟t working. Back in
1971, some 40 years ago, President Nixon declared a „War on Cancer‟.
Four decades and tens of billions of dollars later and there is still no sign
of a cancer cure from a pill, vaccine, surgery, chemotherapy or radiation.
Likewise, the allopathic survival rates for most cancers are still as
horrifyingly low as they were 40 years ago.
Having witnessed the rapid physical and mental decline of a loved one as
they go through such harsh interventions as chemotherapy or radiation
treatment, many families are left questioning just how much of the decline
was due to the cancer and how much was due to the barrage of toxic
treatments that the were administered as a supposed remedy for the
cancer. Could it be that this approach of fighting disease with toxic
chemicals is missing something crucial to the reversal of disease?
Pharmaceutical drug companies make their money by developing
medications that can be patented and owned. Naturally occurring
substances (such as minerals, vitamins and other organic matter) cannot
be patented, so such substances are of little commercial interest. Yet
ironically, it is these naturally occurring substances that tend to offer the
most effective and safest remedies to disease.
The pharmaceutical industry funds a large percentage of all the medical
research that takes places worldwide and this research carries through
into medical literature. It is this medical literature that doctors and nurses
must study to obtain their medical degrees. As pharmaceutical
companies make their money selling drugs, and not nutritional or lifestyle
advice, you can guess what is taught in medical schools.
Simply put, this is why most medical doctors understand little about the
power of nutrition, detoxification or the impact of stress. Their medical
school hardly mentioned these aspects of health, so asking their opinion
on such topics often results in a less than enthusiastic response!

Why is it like this you ask? Well, you can most likely guess the answer.
There just isn‟t much money to be made in educating people how to
prevent diseases themselves through lifestyle and nutrition. It is far more
profitable to wait for people to get sick and then sell them expensive
drugs and surgery to help manage their disease. With such little interest
in understanding the underlying causes of disease, it is little wonder that
allopathic medicine has such a poor track record for reversing chronic
diseases.
That said, if your health is in a state
of emergency allopathic medicine
may be exactly what you need in
order to save your life. After being
hit by a car, suffering a heart attack
or discovering you have a life
threatening infection inside you, the
procedures and medicines of the allopathic approach can be quite literally
life saving. Allopathic medicine certainly has its place, but there are far
more effective ways for preventing and reversing chronic diseases.
In the western world it is chronic diseases, rather than acute (short
lasting) disease, that most people are suffering and dying from. Chronic

So lets now move on to learning more about how where disease comes
from in the first place. By better understanding the causes of disease we
will be far better able to prevent and reverse it.

Supporting Health vs. Fighting Disease continued…
Rats and Rubbish
Another useful analogy for
understanding the difference between
fighting disease rather than supporting
health is that of rats and rubbish (or
„trash‟ if you are American/Canadian).
When the rubbish men don‟t collect the
rubbish, it builds up on the streets and
soon enough rats will appear and start breeding around it.
The rats are there as a result of the change in the environment (the
rubbish) that has been allowed to develop. When there was no rubbish
on the streets the rats were hardly noticeable, perhaps rarely seen at all.
But as soon as the environment changed in favour of the rats (the rubbish
started to build up) the rats soon arrived and began to thrive.
Yet, clear the rubbish away and the rats lose their source of food and
shelter. It doesn‟t take long before the rats disappear and seek out a
more hospitable environment to live in.
We can eliminate rats by keeping the streets clean, thereby making the
conditions unfavourable for the rats. By maintaining clean streets we also
prevent the rats from reappearing in the future. No toxic poisons were
necessary to kill the rats, instead the conditions were changed and the rat
infestation was eliminated naturally.
Now let‟s transfer this rats and rubbish analogy to the human body. The
„streets‟ are our tissues and organs, the „rats‟ are infectious microbes like
cancer cells, bacteria, fungus, parasites and viruses. The „rubbish‟ that
these microbes feed on consists of the junk foods and toxins that
accumulate in the body over time. It suddenly makes sense why we get
sick – our internal „streets‟ are dirty, congested and toxic. They make the

ideal breeding grounds for microbes to set up shop and spread. The
more they breed the more harm they do and the sicker we become.
Our blood and organs become dirty and congested when we eat a diet
which is low in essential nutrients, add into the mix daily mental and
emotional stress and there is a recipe for an environment in which
disease and illness can spread.
Often, when someone is very sick they go to the hospital where they are
prescribed strong medications and invasive procedures which violently
„purge the streets of the rats‟. These methods often do work to remove
most of the rats; but not all. Yet by failing to address the underlying
environment which allowed the rats to appear in the first place, recolonisation will almost certainly reoccur, it‟s just a matter of time
Allopathic medicine can be excellent when an emergency intervention is

Toxicity
A toxin is something that is life-harming.
Technically, a toxin is a poisonous substance
produced by organisms such as bacteria,
fungus, yeast, viruses or parasites. But in this
context I will also extend the definition to
include manmade poisonous chemicals
(technically known as „toxicants‟ or „poisons‟)
such as heavy metals (e.g. lead, mercury, arsenic etc), chemicals (such
as cleaning chemicals and petro-chemical products), gases (such as
carbon monoxide) and radioactive materials (such as uranium).
Toxins come from many everyday sources such as:














aluminium cookware
amalgam fillings
factory fumes
drinks and foods packaged in plastics
drinking water (unfiltered)
food additives and preservatives
foods heated in a microwave
household cleaning products
pesticides/herbicides (sprayed on crops and around your home)
pesticides sprayed in and around houses
seafood (heavy metals)
toiletries
vaccines
vehicle exhaust emissions
Yet surprisingly, the topic of toxicity, or toxicology as it is known, is not
routinely taught in most allopathic medical schools. Research has shown
that doctors in the US and Canada receive an average of just 5-6 hours

Test this out for yourself; try asking your doctor about sources of toxicity,
such as heavy metals, and their specific effects on your health. He/she
most likely won‟t have a detailed answer for you.
When the body is slowly poisoned by an ever increasing level of chemical
pollutants it affects hundreds of intricate bio-chemical processes in your
tissues and cells which collectively compromise the immune system.
Toxicity is a slow and often undetected way that we are being poisoned
by the pollutants around us and gathering inside us.
Gradually, and sometimes rapidly, our immune system becomes less
able to function efficiently and pathogens begin to take root. Bacteria,
fungus, yeasts, viruses and parasites are able to grow and spread
without much of a battle from the tired and weakened immune system.
These pathogens in turn manufacture and spread their own toxins

what most people think is „just getting old‟ is actually the process of us

Deficiency
The second part of what Dr Max Gerson attributed to the cause of all
disease is DEFICIENCY.
Deficiency means to lack or to not have enough
of something. Living in the 21st Century most
people are dangerously deficient in the nutrients
that are essential for a healthy functioning body
and brain. Although most people in the western
world are eating more than ever before,
ironically they are at the same time becoming
increasingly deficient in life-giving nutrients.
Deficiency arises when we don‟t eat nutritionally dense foods, or if we are
so toxic inside that the majority of nutrients consumed are used up in
counterbalancing the harmful effects of the toxins, thereby not leaving
enough nutrients for our system to function optimally. A major factor in
the body‟s internal deficiency comes from the external deficiency of
nutrients in the depleted farmland in which our crops are grown.
Surprisingly, obesity is also a sign of chronic
deficiency. Although obese people clearly eat
plenty of food, the nutritional content of their
diet is typically very depleted. Correctly
supplementing your nutrient intake is a core
part of shedding excess fat and returning your
body to a state of slimness and health.
Not only are our foods now hugely lacking in essential minerals, vitamins
and nutrients, but our habits have also accelerated the rate at which our
body uses up the few remaining nutrients we have in our body. Alcohol,
for example, depletes vitamins such as B5, B6, B9 and B12. It also
depletes essential electrolytes such as sodium and potassium. If you

drink alcohol regularly but aren‟t putting nutrients back in regularly, it‟s
very likely you are deficient of these nutrients.
Or, for example, if you are deficient in magnesium (as research shows
most people are) you will more often get migraines, headaches, cramps,
spasms or „restless legs‟ at night. Without this essential mineral your
heart will be under increased stress and your blood pressure will become
elevated as a result. Research also shows that a long term magnesium
deficiency leads to massively elevated rates of cardiovascular disease,
heart attack or stroke.
By feeding your body regularly with the nutrients it needs you can slow
down, and even reverse, the aging process. Your skin will look and feel
better, your mind will be clearer, your memory better, you will balance
your weight more easily, your mood will improve and your energy levels

About Drinking Water
You have probably heard it many times before „we don‟t drink enough
water‟ and it‟s true. Without enough water our blood dries up and turns to
a consistency more like ketchup. Red blood cells can‟t carry the oxygen
and nutrients as easily, white blood cells can‟t get about to destroy
invading microbes and toxins can‟t be easily flushed out. Sticky
dehydrated blood is the perfect „fertile soil‟ in which disease spreading
microbes will appear and spread.
So let‟s find a practical solution to help you have good quality water on
hand throughout the day. It requires just 2 things – a good quality water
filter and a non-toxic water container to keep it in.
Firstly, forget drinking tap water. If you didn‟t know already, all tap water
contains toxic pollutants such as chlorine, fluoride, sediments, heavy
metals, chemical compounds, residue from the tonnes of pharmaceutical
drugs flushed down toilets every year, cysts and infectious microbes. In
short, tap water is typically dangerous to drink and can cause the body a
host of complications such as hormone imbalance, migraines and skin

Both tap water and bottled water frequently contain fluoride. The addition
of this toxic chemical to our drinking water has caused much controversy

The Declining Thirst Signal
Scientific studies show that the older we get the more dehydrated our
body becomes. When children are thirsty they instantly announce it and
adults provide liquids for them. But as we age we push aside nature‟s
callings for hydration because we are busy with other things. After
enough years of delaying our response to the call of dehydration this
„thirst mechanism‟ begins to break down.
By the time we are in our thirties this mechanism is
already greatly reduced and by the time we are in
our forties and fifties the thirst mechanism can be
virtually undetectable. In other words, as an adult
we typically don‟t even know when our body is
thirsty and in need of water.
The way to remedy this, and the way to reactivate
your natural thirst signal mechanism, is to start
drinking 2-3 litres of water every day. Start with a large glass first thing in
the morning upon waking and continue to have a glass at least every 90
minutes throughout the day until you go to bed.

The 90 Minute Alarm
You will benefit greatly from setting an alarm to go off every 90 minutes to
help remind you to reach for the glass and drink it. Depending on your
preference use a watch alarm, mobile phone alarm or create a repeating
reminder which pops up on your computer. Which ever way, you need to
retrain your mind to remember to drink water at least every 90 minutes. If
you have a tendency to get out of bed to pee in the middle of the night, it
may be wise to stop drinking water by 8pm.
However, there is an exception to this guideline: do your best to minimise
fluid intake during mealtimes to just 1 glass. It is best to drink a glass of
water 15-20 minutes BEFORE your meal, and then 1 hour AFTER your
meal. Drinking too much liquid with meals tends to dilute the stomach
acids, thereby inhibiting the digestion process.

The Best Ways To Carry Your Pure Water
Choose glass, stainless steel or other specifically non-toxic water
containers whenever possible. Avoid plastic water bottles, even the ones
that are supposedly BPA free and water friendly. Every water bottle I
have ever sniffed has given off chemical type odours. Don‟t take the risk
of drinking from plastic - we do enough of that already. Make sure your
personal daily water bottle is plastic free.
I recommend buying a dedicated water container as it not only reduces
the chemicals entering your system each day, it is also a lot kinder to the
environment by reducing the volume of plastic bottle waste.

About Oil Pulling
Are you ready for some truly amazing information? Did you know that

Benefits of Oil Pulling
When I first heard that the state of your teeth and mouth is directly related
to your overall health I initially found it hard to believe. I couldn‟t see how
teeth and gums could have any connection with, for example, the heart or
the lungs. Traditional Chinese Medicine has long recognised the direct
links between the mouth and the organs of the body. See a video here:

It has taken conventional medicine longer to recognise such links.
A 2009 consensus paper on the relationship between gum disease and
heart disease was published concurrently in the online versions of two
leading publications, the American Journal of Cardiology and the Journal
of Periodontology. It states that periodontitis (a bacterially induced,
localized, chronic inflammatory disease, that destroys connective tissue
and bone that support the teeth) affects 30% to 50% of all Americans.
Research has shown similarities between the bacteria found in the mouth
and those found in coronary plaques. This bacteria appears to
significantly contribute to narrowing of the arteries (a process known as
atherosclerosis) which often leads to heart attack and stoke. Both gum
disease and coronary heart disease are characterised by an imbalanced
immune reaction and chronic inflammation.
So the more bacteria and viruses you have in your mouth, the more they
get passed down into your blood where they will cause inflammation,
infection and illness throughout the body.
Regular brushing and flossing, while helpful to some degree, tend to just
push these pathogens around the mouth rather than actually removing
them. Oil pulling, however, is a safe, non-toxic, affordable and effective
way of actually removing pathogens and harmful toxins from the mouth,
thereby preventing and reversing such diseases.

How to do Oil Pulling
1. Choose either sunflower or cold pressed sesame seed oil
2. Olive oil tends to be too thick to move around the mouth easily
3. Take 1-2 tablespoons (depending on which feels the right amount
for swishing around your mouth) and hold it in your mouth
4. Start to move the oil around as vigorously as you can. Move the oil
all around the mouth, moving it through the gaps between the teeth
and under the tongue etc. It‟s quite a work out for your tongue and
cheeks, so you may need to take breaks for short periods during the
process. But keep the oil in your mouth throughout.
5. Keep moving the oil around until you feel it break down and become
more like the consistency of water.
6. Normally this takes around 10 minutes of swishing, depending on
how toxic your mouth is. The more toxins there are in the mouth the
faster the oil breaks down.
7. Once totally broken down and feeling just like you are swishing with
water, spit the oil out. Do not swallow any of that oil - it‟s full of
microbes and toxins!
8. Brush your teeth as normal
9. Do this each morning and evening for best results.

About Coffee Enemas
OK, coffee enemas……..so let me guess what you are already
thinking…… “No way in hell!” Am I right? Well, I understand where you
are coming from, the idea of sticking something where the sun doesn‟t
shine is not the most comforting of thoughts!
However, I can honestly say that of the hundreds of people that I have
encouraged to try doing a coffee enema, I have never heard a single
person tell me that they hated it or that they‟ll never do one again. In fact,
quite the opposite! Everyone that I have ever introduced coffee enemas
to (including my friends and family) have continued to do them without

Why? Because contrary to what your mind might imagine, coffee enemas
are simple, not messy, not smelly, not painful, not embarrassing (as you

The cool coffee is put into the colon using an enema
bag (see photo). The caffeine finds its way to the
liver through the hepatic ducts, there it stimulates the
liver and the gallbladder. This stimulates bile
production which in turn helps to flush the liver out.

How to do a coffee enema
What you need:
 Must be organic coffee, powered or instant, but only organic
 Saucepan (or a percolator may be used)
 Fine sieve / coffee strainer
 Distilled or filtered water
 An enema bag kit
 Lubricant gel – may come with kit or you can use
sunflower/coconut/olive oil, baby oil, Vaseline, ozonated olive oil
 Clock
 An old towel to lie down on and cushion for comfort
 A magazine or book to read for entertainment
Directions:
1. Measure 1.5 litres / 6 cups of distilled or filtered water
2. Pour out and heat 500ml / 2 cups of distilled or filtered water in a
saucepan.
3. Once boiling, lower the heat and add 2 table spoons of organic
coffee power. Stir gently.
4. Allow to simmer for 5 minutes.
5. Filter the coffee, through a filter or sieve, into a jug
6. Add remainder of room temperature water to the coffee in the jug
7. You will now have around 1.5 litres of cool coffee. Allow extra time to
cool further if required.
8. Take the jug to your bathroom and lay out the old towel on the floor.
9. Take out the enema bag and make sure the clip is tight on the pipe
preventing any liquid from passing through.
10. Pour the coffee into the enema bag. Hang the bag on the door
handle or anything else around 3 – 4 feet /1 meter off the ground.
You don‟t want it too high as this increases the speed that the coffee
comes out. Slower is better.
11. Lie down on your side, remove the tip cap from the enema tube,
lubricate 10cm/4 inches of the end of the tube with oil/gel.

12. Insert the tube slowly into your rectum. Once in release the flow clip
and watch the level of the coffee in the bag slowly go down.
13. Adjust flow to a comfortable level so that you do not feel internal
discomfort. Slow may be easier to take/more comfortable
14. Allow in 1-2 cups to begin with and then clip the tube so the flow
stops. Gently remove the tube and lie it down somewhere clean
(don‟t let it touch the floor as it may pick up harmful microbes).
15. Lie back and relax. Read a book or magazine to help pass the time.
Once you feel an urge or cramping sensation get to the toilet and
expel everything into the toilet.
16. Aim to hold it for 10-12 minutes at a time, then expel into the toilet
17. Once you have eliminated this first 1 or 2 cups, take another 2 cups.
This time the cramping/spasm sensation will take longer to happen
as the body is already used to the caffeine. Don‟t force yourself too
much. Go gently and allow yourself to hold it each time for a
comfortable period and then expel into the toilet.
18. You can try lying on your left side for the first time and then on your
right side for another. You may notice different results or sensations
by altering which side you lie on.
19. Listen closely for a squelching sound coming from your mid right
side, this is bile being released from the gallbladder. This is a sign
that you are complete, (although you may not hear it every time).
20. Once you have used and expelled the entire contents of the enema
bag simply run clean tap water through the bag and tube to clean it
out, wash everything and leave it somewhere airy to dry.
21. For extra hygiene spray the inside of the enema bag and the tip of
the tube with 3% hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) or Colloidal Silver.
Tips
 Ideally do a coffee enema in the morning, before breakfast
 Avoid coffee enemas in the evening or after meals
 Avoid instant coffee brands as many contain hidden additives,

About Liver/Gallbladder Flushes
OK, how are you doing so far? Enjoying the journey? I hope so. Now we
come to a more deeply cleansing detox method well known for its ability
to flush all sorts of deposits including calcified stones from the
gallbladder, hepatic ducts and liver. It takes just an afternoon, that
evening and the following morning to do.
The liver is the largest internal organ in the body. Like the brain, we
simply cannot live without one and there is currently no way to
compensate for the absence of a liver in your body. Without any liver
function our lifespan would be reduced to less than 24 hours! So it makes
good sense to take care of the liver your have inside you right now!
The liver is responsible for many crucial processes including the
processing of fats, sugars and cholesterol. The liver also helps to
regulate hormones. The liver‟s other main function is to filter out toxins
that find their way into our systems (which is primarily through what we
eat, drink and absorb through our skin every day).
Yet, after years of consuming thousands of meals and drinks, fatty
deposits start to accumulate in the biliary tubing that connects the
gallbladder and liver. These deposits grow larger with mineral deposits
and over time form into pea sized stones. These stones are often soft
and squidgy if touched, but if left long enough they can actually calcify
and become as hard as stones!
As the stones grow and become more numerous, the back pressure on
the liver causes it to make less bile. It is also thought to slow the flow of
lymphatic fluid. Imagine the situation if your garden hose had marbles in
it. Much less water would flow, which in turn would decrease the ability of
the hose to squirt out the marbles.
With gallstones, much less cholesterol leaves the body and cholesterol
levels may rise. Gallstones, being porous, can pick up all the bacteria,

cysts, viruses and parasites that are passing through the liver. In this way
"nests" of infection are formed, forever supplying the body with fresh
bacteria and parasite stages.
The gallbladder is there to produce bile which is a key part of food
digestion. Although the liver does produce bile by itself, the amount is far
less once the gallbladder is removed. This results in poorer food
digestion, which in turn results in faster weight gain.

Most people start to feel pain in their gallbladder as the stones
accumulate and push against the organs, often blocking the flow of bile
and other juices. So surgery is often recommended as a „cure‟ to the
pain. Yet according to a study published in The British Journal of General
Practice 2004;54:574-79, it was found that having the gallbladder
surgically removed (cholecystectomy) does not always relieve upper
abdominal pain even in those with proven gall stones.
It was this very flush that saved a family friend from having to have her
gallbladder removed a few years ago. I remember hearing her telling me
on the phone in an upbeat manner that the doctor had recommended she
have her gallbladder removed as ultrasonic scans showed it was filled
with stones.
I was quick to point out to her that many people who have had their
gallbladder removed report serious challenges in being able to control
their weight afterwards (due to the massive reduction in bile production).
After some further explanation and encouragement she went on to do the
very liver/gallbladder flush recommended here, and the following morning
she passed out several dozen green pea sized stones into the toilet bowl.

As this was her first of any such detoxing the flush did leave her washed
out for several days, and usually this would not be the best method to
begin detoxing with, but in this instance time was in short supply.
Nevertheless, she went to the hospital the following week for a presurgery check up. The doctor examined her with the ultrasound device,
but he couldn‟t find enough stones to warrant surgery and the procedure
was cancelled. As a result she still has her gallbladder.
So rather than having your gallbladder removed (see photos here) it
makes much more sense to flush it out so that it can, with time, get rid of
the accumulating stones and repair its proper function. Your doctor may
insist that it needs to be removed, but it makes good sense to try all noninvasive methods first.

How to do a Liver/Gallbladder flush
What you need:
 Extra virgin olive oil
 Epsom salts (magnesium sulphate)
 4 lemons or 2 large grapefruits
 A cheap plastic sieve (if you want to catch what comes out of you
for a closer inspection!)
 Sufficient food for a totally non-fat, oil-free breakfast and lunch
 Hydrogen peroxide (3% strength) or colloidal silver solution (used to
sterilize the enema bag after use)

Choose a day like Saturday for the cleanse, since you will be able to rest
the next day. Take no medicines, vitamins or pills that you can do
without. They could prevent success. Stop any anti-parasite program and
kidney herbs, too, the day before. Eat a no-fat breakfast and lunch such
as cooked cereal, fruit, fruit juice, bread and preserves or honey (no
butter or milk). This allows the bile to build up and develop pressure in
the liver. Higher pressure pushes out more stones.
2:00 PM. Do not eat or drink after 2 o'clock. If you break this rule you
could feel quite ill later. Measure 4 tablespoons (tbs) of Epsom salts and
add to a jug or jar. Then add 4 cups of water to the jar. This makes four
servings. Set the jar in the refrigerator to get ice cold (this is for
convenience and taste only, the colder it is the less bitter it tastes).
6:00 PM. Drink one serving (1 cup) of the ice cold Epsom salts. If you did
not prepare this ahead of time, mix 1 tbs. 1 of cup water now. You may
also drink a few mouthfuls of filtered water afterwards or rinse your
mouth. Get the olive oil and grapefruit out to warm up.

8:00 PM. Repeat by drinking another cup of Epsom salts. You haven't
eaten since two o'clock, but you won't feel hungry. Get your bedtime
chores done. The timing is critical for success.
9:45 PM. Pour 1/2 cup/120ml (measured) olive oil into a new glass. Wash
grapefruit/lemons twice in hot water and dry; squeeze by hand into the
measuring cup. Remove pulp with fork. You should have at least 1/2
cup/120ml, but up to 3/4 cup/180ml is best. Add this to the olive oil. Close
the jar tightly with the lid and shake hard until watery (only fresh
grapefruit juice does this).
Now visit the bathroom one or more time, even if it makes you late for
your ten o'clock drink. Brush your teeth and get ready for bed etc. Don't
be more than 15 minutes late. You will get fewer stones.
10:00 PM. Drink the potion you have mixed. Drinking through a large
plastic straw helps it go down easier. You may use oil and vinegar salad
dressing, or straight honey to chase it down between sips. Have these
ready in a tablespoon on the kitchen counter. Take it all to your bedside if
you want, but drink it standing up. Get it down within 5 minutes (fifteen
minutes for very elderly or weak persons).
Lie down immediately. You might fail to get stones out if you don't. The
sooner you lie down the more stones you will get out. Be ready for bed
ahead of time. Don't clean up the kitchen. As soon as the drink is down
walk to your bed and lie down flat on your back with your head up high on
the pillow. Try to think about what is happening in the liver. Try to keep
perfectly still for at least 20 minutes. You may feel a trail of stones
travelling along the bile ducts like marbles. There is no pain because the
bile duct valves are open (thank you Epsom salts!). Go to sleep, you may
fail to get stones out if you don't.
Next morning. Aim to wake up around 7am. Upon awakening take your
third dose (1 cup) of Epsom salts. If you have indigestion or nausea wait

until it is gone before drinking the Epsom salts. You may go back to bed.
Don't take this potion before 6:00 am.
2 Hours Later. Take your fourth (the last) dose of Epsom salts. You may
go back to bed again.
After 2 More Hours you may eat. Start with fruit juice. Half an hour later
eat fruit. One hour later you may eat some non-fatty/oily foods but keep it
light. By supper you should feel recovered.
After The Liver Flush
How well did you do? Expect diarrhoea in the morning. If you decided to
use a sieve to catch the stones use a torch/flashlight to inspect them
more closely. Look for the green kind since this is proof that they are
genuine gallstones, not food residue. Only bile from the liver is pea
green. The bowel movement sinks but gallstones float because of the
cholesterol inside. Count them all roughly, whether tan or green. You will
need to total 2000 stones before the liver is clean enough to rid you of
allergies or bursitis or upper back pains permanently.
You may repeat cleanses at two week intervals. Never cleanse when you
are (acutely) ill.
Sometimes the bile ducts are full of cholesterol crystals that did not form
into round stones. They appear as„chaff‟ floating on top of the toilet bowl
water. It may be tan coloured, harbouring millions of tiny white crystals.
Cleansing this chaff is just as important as purging stones.
Tips
 Some people recommend drinking lots of raw apple juice in the
week leading up to the flush to soften the gallbladder stones. This is
probably only necessary if you are over the age of 40, as until then
the stones are unlikely to have calcified

About Healing Clays
Now we come to another totally natural, safe and proven method for

cleaning out the GI tract once in a while will be of great benefit to you.
This will help to revitalise your digestion, strengthen your immune system
and greatly enhance nutrient absorption.
I have eaten Bentonite clay throughout every 7-10 day detox cleanse that
I have ever done; and I‟ve done about 14 detoxes over the past 10 years.
Bentonite is normally mixed with an insoluble powdered fibre called
psyllium husk. The indigestible psyllium husk helps the clay move
through the GI tract, facilitating the gathering of toxins and harmful
microbes along the way.
Although you can buy Bentonite clay from many sources, there are
different grades and types. When using Bentonite internally it is Calcium
Bentonite that must be used. When wanting to pull out toxins through the
skin (in a bath) , you must use Sodium Bentonite clay (see pg 61).
Sodium Bentonite has a much stronger magnetic charge and can

About Heavy Metals
Heavy metals are some of the most toxic substances in the world. They
permeate their way right into our cells and tissues and they do not decay.
Although heavy metals do occur in nature, by far the greatest and most
dangerous source is from man made pollution.

Although they tend to accumulate slowly and in microscopic amounts, the
cell-permeating qualities of heavy metals mean that heavy metals don‟t
easily get excreted from our system by the normal methods of sweating
or by passing urine or faeces. They do not breakdown over time and they
are poorly eliminated by the body.
Over the years these heavy metals build up and begin to interfere with
the hundreds of vital processes in the body. They damage nerve function

Am I depressed or am I polluted?
Heavy metal toxicity can produce vague
symptoms that sometimes are mistaken for other
chronic conditions such as autism, Chronic
Fatigue Syndrome, Multiple Sclerosis, and a host
of other serious mental disorders such as
depression and anxiety. So it makes a lot of
sense to discuss heavy metal toxicity with your
healthcare professional before accepting any
diagnosis or treatment for a serious chronic
condition.
HOWEVER, bear in mind that unless your healthcare provider is
exceptionally knowledgeable, he or she is very unlikely to have had any
significant training in heavy metals toxicity. Therefore the average family
doctor is likely push the topic of heavy metals aside as they have little
understanding of how pervasive and destructive heavy metals are to the
body‟s health. So, regrettably, the „average‟ allopathic doctor is very
unlikely to recommend you either test for or try detoxing heavy metals.
How much heavy metal might your system be carrying?
Take a moment to think about what levels of exposure to heavy metals
you may have had over your life. Did you previously or do you still:

If you answer „yes‟ to any of these points above you are likely to have a
level of heavy metals in you that is significantly higher than in most
people. Even if you answer „no‟ to all of these points, you are still certain
to have some heavy metals in you right now.
Pulling Heavy Metals Out
Heavy metals are notoriously difficult to remove from the body as they
permeate the cell membrane and become lodged in the cell itself. Even
30 consecutive days of juice fasting is unlikely to rid your body of such
poisons! If a person was exposed to heavy metals as a child, and let‟s
say that person is now in their 60‟s they will STILL have those same toxic
heavy metal poisons inside their body! This is why we need help by way
of chelating substances.
To „chelate‟ means to bind with or connect with. Chelation therapy is the
term used to describe the treatments designed to remove heavy metals
from your system. Certain substances have properties which naturally
bind to heavy metals in the body, thereby making them easy for the body
to excrete.
The most well known chelation therapy is a synthetic amino acid called
EDTA, which usually comes in a liquid form and is put into the body using

Choosing the right product for you
Having tested many chelating products and methods myself there are five
listed here which I believe to be the most effective and each is supported
by scientific data. It is not necessary to do all five but you may choose to
combine some of them. I highly recommend that you do at least one of
these every year, even if you have no signs of illness, as prevention is
better than cure.
Different bodies respond better to different
things. That is why I have listed a selection.
I encourage you to look into each of these
products and trust your intuition as to which
one is right for you. All of them are safe
and highly beneficial, so you can‟t make a
„bad choice‟.

Testing For Heavy Metals
Heavy metals are somewhat tricky to measure. It is currently impossible
to know the exact amounts of heavy metals in the body. The only sure
way would be to measure the metals in the ashes of a person once they
have been cremated (but by then detoxification is of little interest to the
person!).
Measuring heavy metals is complex due to their permeating nature. Hair,
blood, urine and stool samples can all be used to detect and measure
levels of heavy metals, but such a test will only measure the amounts of
metals in that sample being tested, not what is inside the rest of the body.
If you do a metals test, then start taking a chelating product and then test
your metal levels several months later, the readings should be HIGHER
not lower. This is because more metals are being successfully pulled out,
thereby making the readings from the sample higher.
Our bodies will never be totally free or heavy metals, nor will our bodies
ever be totally free from harmful microbes. The best we can do is to keep
them both at bay. Knowing that the test results will never be zero, I
personally don‟t spend money on heavy metals analysis anymore. I
invest my money into at least one chelating product per year and use it
as it recommended.
If you are generally healthy you might choose a similar approach and
decide to invest straight into a quality chelating product. Yet if you have
been dealing with an on going chronic illness or auto-immune type of
disease, you may well want to test for heavy metals to find out if any in
particular are excessively high.

Reducing The Toxins In Your Daily Life
Firstly, please notice that I use the term „reduce‟ toxins and not eliminate
toxins. The reason for this is that we really cannot eliminate toxins from
re-absorbing into our bodies.
We are surrounded by toxicity in the food we eat, the air we breathe, the
water we drink and bathe in and from the 80,000+ chemicals we come
into contact with in daily life.
For example, many people have no idea that the toiletries they are using
every day are filled with cocktails of toxic synthetic chemicals, many of
which have been shown to cause cancer, disrupt hormones and damage
cell membranes in lab animal tests.
So the best we can do is to keep the toxic levels within us reduced.
Fortunately there are some very practical and effective things that you
can start doing to get immediate benefit.

Changing Your Toiletries – Non-Toxic Alternatives
Antiperspirants
Firstly I recommend never using an antiperspirant.
Antiperspirants actually stop your cells from being
able to sweat; this is not good. To use a product
on a daily basis that blocks the natural functioning
of your body (in this case sweating) is never a good
idea.
Antiperspirant products have been found to contribute to cancers,
Alzheimer‟s, lymphatic diseases and more. These products also contain
aluminium, in the form of aluminium chloride or aluminium chlorhydrate,
both of which have been shown to contribute to breast cancer.
Deodorants
So deodorants are definitely preferable to antiperspirants. However, like
antiperspirants, many deodorants also contain aluminium chloride or
aluminium chlorhydrate. Research shows that aluminium can pass
straight through the blood brain barrier into the cortex of the brain, where
it wreaks havoc with neurological functioning.
I suggest you immediately stop using standard brands of sprays or rollons (unless they specifically say that they are aluminium free) and find a
deodorant which is free of aluminium chloride / aluminium chlorhydrate. I

Stop using alcohol-based mouth wash
You may be as surprised as I was to discover
that alcohol based mouth wash products are
being increasingly linked to cancers in the
mouth. While alcohol may be effective at
killing pathogens in the mouth, it is now
strongly linked to making the lining of the
mouth more susceptible to cancer causing
substances.
Further to the alcohol, the other chemical
agents are questionable to say the least. Best
to avoid them altogether and choose some

Lipstick - Stop using lead-containing lipstick
A study in 2007 and follow-up study in
2009 by the FDA (America‟s Food &
Drug Aministration) tested 20 brands
of lipstick. They found the heavy metal
lead in EVERY product they tested.
The FDA report summarised the 2009 study, in which even higher levels
of lead were found than is the 2007 study, with these apathetic words:
“Lead levels found by the FDA are within the range that might be expected from
lipsticks formulated with permitted color additives and other ingredients
prepared under GMP conditions.”
Allow me to translate: „We know that these products contain a highly toxic
heavy metal, one which is proven to wreak havoc throughout the human
body, but toxins in lipsticks are so commonplace that we are not going to
take any specific action to ban this from happening!‟
By stating that the levels are within the „permitted‟ levels suggests that
the levels are safe, but there is no such thing as a „safe level‟ of a heavy
metal in the body. Every molecule of heavy metal causes damage and
harms our health.
So the agencies set up to protect our health know that we are being
slowly poisoned by products which they have checked, yet they fail to
take protective action on our behalf. More than ever before it is left up to
us, the consumer, to research and cross check the products we buy.

It‟s almost too horrific to be true! How
did the dentistry industry manage to
convince health authorities that putting
one of the world‟s most toxic substances

Amalgam fillings (the black ones) contain around 50% mercury. Mercury
is listed by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) as a „hazardous

How To Get Amalgams Removed Properly
Please pay close attention to this part. Having your amalgams removed
can be a very dangerous event! I repeat, having amalgams removed
CAN be a very dangerous event, sometimes causing more toxic damage
to the body than leaving them in. How? If the dentist does not follow a
strict extraction protocol there is a chance that parts of the amalgam
filling can be swallowed or that large amounts of fumes can be inhaled
while being drilled out. That is why it is very important you find a dentist
experienced in removing amalgams.
I would actually advise AGAINST having any amalgams removed
UNLESS your dentist is well experienced at amalgam removal AND
follows ALL of these steps listed in this 10 step protocol for amalgam

The importance of proper amalgams removal cannot be stressed enough.

About Ozone
Ozone seems to be poorly understood by many people. Some people
mistake it for a toxic gas; others think it is some sort of harmful chemical
concoction. Ozone is simply „activated oxygen‟; the result of oxygen and
electricity coming together. Its chemical structure is three oxygen
molecules bound together, making O3, instead of the usual O2 that we
breathe every second we are alive.
Ozone is created naturally in the atmosphere when the sun‟s rays or
lightning „energise‟ oxygen and cause it to rupture its molecules. The
normal two molecule bond (O2) can form into a 3 molecule bond (O3). At
this point oxygen becomes ozone. Ozone is not a stable molecule. After
just 20 minutes of being created it will have already broken down by 50%
or so.
It breaks down into O2 (oxygen) and O1 – a single oxygen molecule. This

Ozone generators
There are two basic types of ozone generators – those that use ambient
air (the natural air around us) or those that are fed by pure oxygen from
an oxygen cylinder.
Without question the purest concentration of ozone is produced by an
oxygen-fed generator as it is combining an electrical charge with 100%
pure oxygen. Generators being fed with the ambient air will only be able
to use the oxygen found in our air – approximately 20%. So oxygen fed
generators are approximately 5 times more potent.

Some uses for an ozone machine
 Sterilize/Energize Drinking Water: Run ozone through an 8oz
glass of water for approximately 5 minutes, preferably chilled for
best results. For larger amounts of water ozonate for longer. Drink
immediately after ozonating. You will feel the results instantly.
 Food Sterilization: There is no better or faster way to sterilize
meat, seafood, fruits or vegetables. Simply fill a bowl with cold
water, add your food and place the bubble stone in it for about 10

Pathogens –
what are they & what do they do?
What are pathogens?
The word „pathogen‟ is a collective term,
used to describe any disease producing
agent – typically referring to harmful
bacteria, fungus, yeast, virus or parasites.
Pathogens are harmful by nature. They
live in our system in our blood, tissue and
organs where they thrive off our nutrients and in return spread poison and
disease. Unlike the flora in our gut (so called „good bacteria‟) which is
essential for our health, pathogens give us no benefit and frequently
cause us harm. The more you can lower the amount of pathogens in your
body the better.
Whist your immune system can handle such a task when it is properly
supported through nutrition and exercise, the fact is most people don‟t get
good nutrition nor do they exercise regularly. On top of that everyone has
some level of toxic pollution in their system which further compromises
the immune system, making it an easier environment for pathogens to
breed and spread.
Pathogens enter our bodies via the food we eat, water we drink, air we
breath and the things we touch. We cannot avoid them, so trying to do so
is futile. But we can take precautions and steps to help minimise our
exposure to them. This is what we will be investigating in this chapter.
The vast majority of human diseases are rooted in some form of microbial
activity. In other words bacterial, fungal, viral or parasitic infections are at
the root of a great many diseases and ailments. These pathogens live
and breed inside us, but only if the conditions within us are suitable for
breeding.

This is crucially important, so let me say that again: pathogens can only
grow and breed in conditions that support growth and breeding. If you
know how to change the conditions within your body you can reduce and
even eliminate any form of pathogen. This is an understanding that most
allopathically trained doctors fail to recognise.
Think about it: why does mould grow so rapidly on damp towels but so
slowly, if at all, on dry towels? The conditions must be there for the
pathogens to grow.
Why does one person suffer from a yeast infection and another person
doesn‟t? Why does one person constantly battle with ear infections and
another never? Why do some people‟s bodies support the formation of
cancers and other people‟s bodies don‟t?
The level of impact that pathogens have on your health comes down to
the internal conditions within your body, in particular the strength of your
immune system. Infectious micro-organisms proliferate as a result of the
internal environmental conditions created by your diet, lifestyle (stress
levels) and toxicity levels. Yet, this view flies in the face of allopathic
medicine. Your doctor is likely to suggest the exact opposite, such as
“there‟s a virus going around at the moment”, or “this is flu season”,
thereby suggesting that the germs are lurking „out there‟ and that they
can strike anyone at any time.
This simply isn‟t true. Whether you develop an infection or not is not to do
with what is floating around „out there‟ so much as it is do with what is
happening inside you „in here‟. If your immune system is compromised by
stress, toxicity or deficiency you will have inadvertently created the
perfect conditions for that pathogen to spread inside you. It‟s the internal
conditions that determine your levels of disease, far more than the
external factors.

The good news for you is that your internal environment is largely under
your control! What you choose to put in your mouth or what you choose
to avoid is a major factor in the state of your internal environment. (More
on good foods vs bad foods later in chapter 5.) Likewise, knowing what
supplements and products support the immune system is some seriously
empowering information – and that is exactly what you will learn in this
chapter!
So, to echo this crucial point again: when we are nutritionally deficient
and filled with harmful toxins (physical and emotional toxins), our immune
system is unable to operate effectively. It doesn‟t take long for
opportunistic micro-organisms to take root in various parts of our system
where they then multiply and spread, causing even more dysfunction and
disease in our system.

What is the allopathic approach to treating infections?
Western medicine attempts to kill pathogens in the following ways:
Bacteria Parasites Yeast/Fungus Virus -
with antibiotics and vaccines
with vaccines and other poisons
with antifungal poisons and antifungal creams
allopathic medicine tells us that there are no known cures

About Ozonated Olive Oil
Ozone has already been mentioned in the previous chapter as being one
of the most effective cleaning agents known to man. It kills 99.9999% of
all known pathogens, but rather than poisoning them with toxicity (such
as with chlorine or bleach), ozone kills pathogens by oxidising them with
harmless oxygen molecules.
However, it has a short life. Ozone lasts in water or in the air for about

About Colloidal Silver

Won’t colloidal silver turn my skin blue/grey?
Ever since first discovering colloidal silver for myself, I have been

relate to colloidal silver itself.
There are a few dozen reports on some people whose skin has become
discoloured after drinking HUGE amounts of IMPURE electrically

form of silver compounds, in large enough doses, results in some of the
impurities being trapped in the skin, where over time it can eventually
cause discolouration. The discolouration of the skin through impure silver
compounds is medically known as argyria (pronounced A-GEE-REE-A).
When the average person hears of this they typically run a mile from
colloidal silver, convinced that a single tablespoon will turn them grey!
Nothing could be farther from reality.
Argyria can ONLY occur if you are drinking MASSIVE amounts of
IMPURE colloidal silver for EXTENDED periods of time. If you make
colloidal silver with water that contains minerals (such as nitrates or
sulphates) the silver ions will bind to those minerals creating silver
compounds such as silver nitrate or silver sulphide.

Although no two people are identical, there are some things that we are

Blenders vs juicers
The big difference between a blender and juicer is
that plant fibre put into a blender remains in the
blender, whereas in a juicer the plant fibre is
separated and removed. Plant fibre is an essential
part of bowel health, without it our bowels become
sluggish, clogged and bowel-related disease will
start to appear. Constipation, Irritable Bowel
Syndrome, diverticulitis, colitis and some colorectal
cancers are far more likely to occur as a result of a fibre deficiency.

About Multivitamins
As you have already read a number of times, our health NEEDS vitamins
and minerals in order to prevent and reverse disease. We must either
provide these nutrients through 1) a consistently nutritious diet (unlikely),
2) by way of supplements or, 3) we do neither and become deficient and
get sick. Of these three, what‟s your choice going to be?
As nutrition is not taught nor promoted in conventional medical training,
asking your doctor‟s opinion of supplements is often of little use. Many
doctors are still of the opinion that supplements are a marketing gimmick
and largely unnecessary, yet medical literature proves otherwise.
For example, a recent study has just measured the impact of
supplementing vitamins B6, B9 and B12 in a group of 271 seniors (all
over 70 year olds) with mild cognitive impairment. They all showed signs
of age-related memory decline, but were not yet diagnosed with
Alzheimer‟s. They gave half the group the vitamin B supplements for a
two year period, while giving the other half a placebo.
They performed MRI brain scans at the start and the end of the trial,
making it perhaps the most thorough piece of research on this subject to
date. Results showed a dramatic decrease in brain atrophy (shrinkage /
wasting away) in the group given the vitamin B supplements, by as much
as 53%! In other words the vitamin Bs slowed down the rate of brain
shrinkage by as much as half! Without any expensive drugs or risks of
side-effects, just with simple vitamin B supplementation!
In covering this study the media described the amount of vitamins given
as being „mega doses‟, yet the doses given can be found in any good
quality multivitamin or vitamin B complex pill! But, because such amounts
are several hundred percent higher than the Recommended Daily
Allowance, they are therefore mistakenly considered to be huge doses!
Do yourself a massive favour and take a high quality (plant-based, nonsynthetic) multivitamin each day.

About Vitamin C
Vitamin C is an essential part of everyone‟s health. Our body requires the
constant presence of vitamin C to help with a variety of key functions
including:
 Immune support – keeps your white blood cells strong and active
 Antioxidant – helps neutralise harmful oxidation in the body
 Enzyme function – helping scar tissue to heal, cartilage renewal

Pauling personally took between 13,000mg - 18,000mg of vitamin C per
day himself as a preventative measure! He continued to take such

About Magnesium Chloride Oil

Most people do not realise that magnesium is essential for the uptake of
calcium in the body. Without enough magnesium in your blood calcium
cannot be properly absorbed by your bones, so it therefore tends to
become deposited in the blood instead (making harder work for the
heart).
Western countries are at particularly high risk of cardiovascular disease
as their diets are high in calcium and low in magnesium. The countries
with the highest calcium to magnesium ratios (meaning high levels of
calcium and low levels of magnesium intake), have the highest incidence
of cardio-vascular disease.
The top of that list is Australia, where they have a very high calcium
intake and very low magnesium intake, cardiovascular disease is running
out of control. The bottom of the list is Japan, where the magnesium
levels are much higher and the numbers of cardiac disease and
extremely low. In Japan, people eat much more sea vegetables, such as
seaweeds, spirulina and chlorella – all of which provide high levels of

About Omega 3 Oil (fatty acids)
There are certain nutrients deemed „essential‟ as they are absolutely

About Probiotics
Probiotic bacteria are the so called „good bacteria‟ or intestinal flora that

About Digestive Enzymes
As the English nutritionist Patrick Holford mindfully states, “Contrary to
popular belief, you are not what you eat, you are what you can absorb.”
While buying, preparing and eating good quality food is an excellent thing
to do, it may not be enough. If your digestive system is too weak to
breakdown the food you put in it, the majority of the nutrient goodness will
pass straight through you and into the toilet!
Digestion actually starts in the mouth, with good chewing and plenty of
saliva. The chewing breaks the food down into smaller and more
digestible pieces and the saliva contains amylase that immediately starts

About Alkalising Your Body
Another factor to take into account when pursuing outstanding health is
that of pH, the acidity and alkalinity of our blood and tissues. pH stands
for „potential of hydrogen‟ and it is a measurement of the acidity versus
alkalinity of a substance or environment. For optimal health our internal
environment should be just over the neutral mark, about 7.3 which is
slightly leaning towards the alkaline side of the scale.
Unfortunately, the foods that we enjoy consuming the most tend to be the
most acidic! Sugar, fried foods, carbohydrates, meats, coffee/tea and
alcohol are all highly acidic. Whereas the foods we tend to crave the least
are highly alkalising: leafy greens (such as spinach and kale) and green

Food and diet are a massive topic way beyond the scope of this eBook.
However, there are some useful tips and guidelines to follow that will
make a positive contribution to your health regarding food. You may well
have heard some of these guidelines before, but they are worth repeating
as making changes in our diet can often require regular reminders.

Do yourself a favour and make conscious effort to ELIMINATE all of

Supporting Yourself On Multiple Levels
As I first discussed in the opening of chapter 1, optimal health is
composed of several different dimensions: physical, mental, emotional
and spiritual well being. As you embark on your journey of supporting
your physical health in new ways, it makes great sense to also support

About Rebounding
There are many forms of exercise, but some stand out as being more
effective than others. Rebounding is recognised as one of the most
beneficial forms of exercise ever discovered. It is also one of the safest
as there is no shocking impact to the joints (such as with jogging),
thereby avoiding damage to the shins, knees and ankles.
Rebounding has been famously recommended by NASA as “the most
efficient form of exercise yet devised by man”, and that endorsement
alone should be enough for you to at least give it a go for a month.
It involves standing on a mini-trampoline and repeatedly bouncing (or
rebounding) up and down for 5-20 minutes. This form of exercise

How to make it easier to do regularly?
As you surely know already, making a habit of regular exercise is
something easier said than done; that‟s why rebounding is such a great
exercise to do. It is one of the few exercises which you can do in your
living room or bedroom in front of the television. Personally, I love to start
my day by putting on some uplifting, inspiring or educational video and
watching it while rebounding. Before I know it, 20 minutes has passed in
a flash!
At other times, when the weather permits, I take the rebounder outside
and enjoy the sounds of nature while bouncing up and down. After just
15-20 minutes of rebounding my head feels clear, refreshed and relaxed.
The rebounding motion seems to work wonders on the entire body and
mind, leaving you feeling ready to start your day the way you would like
to. It‟s also a great way to re-energise the brain and body while in the
midst of a busy day in front of a computer or at work.
Another motivational method to try is to rebound while listening to your
MP3 player. Again you might choose to listen to some uplifting music or
some empowering audio. Personally, I love to fill my head with

Rebounding will give you a headache if you are dehydrated, so drink a
large glass 10 minutes before and immediately after rebounding.
Ladies with large breasts are advised to invest into a sports bra to avoid

About Subliminal Support
It was psychologist Sigmund Freud who first compared the human mind
to an iceberg. The part that we are aware of, can talk about and compare
is the conscious mind. The irony is that, as this is the only part that we
are aware of, we mistakenly assume that this is all of who we are. So it

experts estimate the conscious mind to be about just 5% of our mind; the

About Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Oh my goodness, EFT, where do I begin? EFT is quite simply one of the
most incredible healing tools that I have ever discovered in my entire life.
EFT is a therapeutic tool that helps people to let go of unwanted feelings
so that they can experience greater internal peace and relaxation. Unlike
psychotherapy or counselling which tries to understand problems
analytically, EFT works on the deeper level of releasing the underlying
energetic patterns that keep us stuck in emotional issues. It can be
considered an emotional version of acupuncture, but without needles.
Specific acupuncture points are stimulated by
tapping on them with the fingers. The tapping
activates the body‟s energetic system,
otherwise known as the meridians (as shown in
the photo on the previous page). While tapping
these points you focus your mind and words
onto the issue at hand, whether it be a mental,
emotional or physical issue. Then something
incredible happens; the energy starts to move
and the emotional intensity begins to disperse

I have used EFT to eliminate in myself: physical pains, sea sickness,

several painful childhood memories and I continue to use it on a regular
basis should any unwanted emotions appear from day to day.

require you to have to understand intellectually why the problem is a
problem in the first place. There is no clever psychoanalysis necessary
when doing EFT, you simply feel the emotional pain and put some words
to it while tapping the EFT points around your body.
I firmly believe that „emotional toxins‟ (such as anger, fear, guilt,
resentment, shame, etc) are MORE detrimental to our overall well being
than any physical disease and just as toxic as any other toxin already
mentioned in this eBook! I am convinced beyond any doubt that
emotional toxins are a key underlying cause of physical disease.
Yet, tell your doctor that you are feeling depressed or stressed and
he/she is likely to offer you a prescription drug to chemically manipulate
your brain! Suggest to a doctor that your emotions could be causing your
physical sickness and many doctors will reject such a „wild‟ suggestion as
nonsense without giving it two seconds of consideration.

Allopathically trained doctors often misinterpret „negative‟ emotions as
being some sort of random or inconvenient annoyance which should be
pushed aside or kept at bay chemically (i.e. Prozac, Zoloft etc). Whereas
holistically trained practitioners tend to recognise emotions as being
important communications directly from your unconscious mind. They
also tend to place greater value on the role of emotions in our overall
health.
Emotional feelings tell us what is going on within our unconscious mind.
Ignore your emotions or try to suppress them at your own peril! Painful
emotions and negative thought patterns can easily form into habitual
patterns of unwanted thoughts and destructive behaviours. Such patterns
will keep playing themselves out until some form of therapeutic
intervention is made.
EFT is one such therapeutic intervention. It is simple, fast, effective and
(like acupuncture) it works whether you believe in it or not! I encourage

So here we are, equipped with lots of new tools and protocols to
experiment with. With so many new options available to you it should
come as no surprise if you find yourself asking, “But where do I begin
with all of this?”
The great news is that there is no universally correct answer to that
question. That means there is no single right answer. That in turn means
whatever steps you start with you can‟t go wrong! All of the tools listed in

Design Your Own Health Timetable
I encourage you to take 10 minutes or so to create a personalised
plan/timetable. From this plan you can choose and order the tools/steps
which you want to begin with. There are several general ways to
approach designing a personalised health plan.
1. You could start with your existing timetable and look for times when
you can fit additional steps into it or around existing commitments
2. You could start from scratch and build a new weekly/monthly
program which incorporates the tools of most interest to you
3. You could start by designing a program around an existing health
challenge you are dealing with, prioritising the outcome you want
Don‟t try to squeeze everything from this eBook into your life all at once.
Too much change too soon is rarely welcomed by the body or by the
mind. As they say, “Rome was not built in a day” and neither is good
health. So start with things that are comfortable, affordable and realistic
to your current situation.
Rather than sprinting with hope of reaching a finish line just over the
horizon, I encourage you to go slowly and to enjoy the journey. There is

Creating A Morning and Evening Ritual
The more you practice doing something the easier it becomes to do. A
ritual is something we do so often that it becomes almost automatic, like
brushing our teeth. Such steps can require frequent reminders and lots of
mental effort in the beginning, but after some repeated practice, it takes
on a momentum of its own which allows us to do it every day without
much effort. On the following pages are examples some morning and
evening rituals that you could try doing:

Upon waking up:
1. Drink a large glass of filtered water
(2 minutes)
2. Use a rebounder

Example of How to Support Your Immune
System During Sickness
An Example Of Supporting Your Immune System
In times of infection, flu or fever:
1. Drink a glass of filtered water every hour.
Dehydration is a core part of any sickness so
keep your fluid levels high. If you have an
ozone machine, ozonate each glass of water
for 5-10 minutes before drinking.
2. Take 3-5 drops of (pre-diluted) oil of oregano onto your tongue in
the morning, lunchtime and evening.
3. If the problem feels more in the stomach/intestines, you may also
want to take 1-3 tablespoons of Zeolite/Bentonite clay with psyllium
husk in water per day. Avoid taking any supplements/remedies for
at least 1 hour after taking Zeolite or Bentonite clays, as the clay will
absorb them before they can deliver any benefit to your system.
4. Colloidal Silver can be drunk throughout the day, or sprayed into
ears, nose, throat and eyes if necessary. See the Colloidal Silver
section for dosage guidelines.
5. If you have the strength for it, a coffee enema is recommended as it
will clear out toxins in the colon and help to detoxify the liver.
6. Apply the Silver Pulser for up to 2 hours per day. Drink plenty of
water during and after to help flush out the disabled pathogens.
7. Avoid meats, dairy, fried foods, white breads, biscuits, sugar, tea,
coffee, alcohol and soda drinks. If you are hungry have a green
smoothie.

My Health Rituals
My Health Rituals
To help give you some further ideas on how to apply these tools in your
own life, I have decided to share with you the health rituals that I practise
for maintaining my own health and well being.
Things I do daily:
 Drink a large glass of filtered water upon waking up
 Do oil pulling while showering
 Spray on some magnesium chloride oil after showering
 Take 1 Rainbow Light‟s one-a-day men‟s multivitamin
 Take 1 teaspoon of C-Salt‟s vitamin C powder in water
 Take 2 Natural Factors Rx-Omega 3 capsules
 Take 2 Primal Defense probiotic pills
 Take a digestive enzyme before heavy lunches and dinner
 Rebound for 10-20 minutes
 Drink at least 2 large glasses of green smoothies
 Drink at least 3 litres of filtered water throughout the day
 Give a moment of mindful gratitude before I eat a meal
 Do 5 mins EFT tapping when stressful thoughts/feelings appear
 While lying in bed, before going to sleep, I like to review the day and
give gratitude for the things I consider to be blessings/good fortune
Things I do weekly:
 Have a swig of colloidal silver or some oil of oregano
drops/capsules (as a preventative)
 Have a coffee enema (usually a Saturday or Sunday morning)
 2-3 times per week I do some basic strength training exercises
 Take a walk in nature for 30-60 minutes
 Make time to call/Skype with people that I love

 Have a magnetic clay bath
 Listen to a subliminal MP3 on a topic that I want better results with
o I put it on my iPod and listen for about an hour per day while I
am doing random tasks
 Listen to consciousness-raising audio from teachers such as Ram
Dass, Byron Katie, David Deida, Joseph Campbell, Alan Watts,
Marshall Rosenberg or alike
Things I do every 6 months or so:
 A liver flush – every 6-9 months
 Book myself in for a session with an experienced therapist for an
„emotional detox‟ and to realign myself with my core values
o EFT or Byron Katie‟s The Work deliver the best results for me
 Do a week of blood cleaning with the Silver Pulser, 2 hours a day
 Go to the dentist for a scrape and polish
Things I do yearly:
 Treat myself to a personal development retreat/course
o 2010/2011 was the Joy For Life retreat with Victoria Boutenko
and Tom Compton – HIGHLY recommended!!!
 Take a course of heavy metal chelating products:
o 2009/2010/2011 I took HMD drops for 90 days
 Replace the filter in my Berkey Light water filter and in my
Aquasana shower filter
