How to priority book tickets Cinema Member priority booking for BFI Southbank opens by all methods at 11:30 on the first Tuesday of the preceding month unless otherwise stated. Champion Member booking opens by telephone and online – 24 hours ahead – at 11:30 on the Monday. Online BFI Southbank tickets – bfi.org.uk/whatson Festival tickets – bfi.org.uk/flare Select My Account on the toolbar and log in with your email address (username) and password. Always log in before you start booking to access your online booking privileges including priority booking, ticket discounts and booking fee exemptions. Please note that until you’re logged in you will only be able to view the public booking dates. Please note that you will not be able to book tickets to BFI Southbank and the Festival in the same transaction online. How to enter the ticket ballot Booking for selected events will be by ballot to ensure the fairest allocation of tickets. The ballot closes at 12:00 on the Friday of priority booking week each month unless otherwise stated. Online Post Visit bfi.org.uk/members Return the attached booking form If you enter online we’ll email you to let you know the result within a week of the ballot closing. If you’ve been successful you’ll be asked to contact the Ticket Office on 020 7928 3232 (11:30 – 20:30) to confirm your booking, and to pay for tickets where relevant. Any tickets unclaimed by the date specified in the email will be released for sale. If you enter by post, you’ll automatically be charged and sent the ticket(s) if you’re successful. Ticket terms The BFI Southbank ticket policy is intermittently reviewed and new terms were introduced with the launch of the new website in June 2012. Changes to the ticket policy include the introduction of booking fees to non–Members and the extension of the notice on returned tickets to 24 hours ahead of the performance.
