Core recommendations are required to be acted upon* PC or server’s are not older than 4 years** PC & server’s are under full manufacturers warranty. Staff have a basic understanding of computer operation. Staff do not have Administrator access to server or desktops. Accounts are in good standing. *Platinum partnership is a privilege & is also free to those that qualify. Any recommendation that is not implemented & that impacts either the risk or cost to Creydall to provide the service will result in the removal from the platinum partnership until the recommendation in question is implemented. **PC or server’s older than 4 years will be excluded from the agreement & will attract the Platinum level hourly rate for the length of time the work actually takes.
