phone, online or by post, you must have previously supplied
us with a direct debit authorisation to allow us to draw from
your bank account. If needed, you can obtain a direct debit
authorisation form from colonialfirststate.com.au or by
calling us on 13 13 36 (remember to mail it back to us
for processing).
How to add to your investment via the internet
Step 1
With your Online Identification Number (OIN) and
Personal Identification Number (PIN) handy, access FirstNet
Investor by visiting colonialfirststate.com.au and clicking on
[FirstNet login].
Step 2
Under [Transact] on the left navigation menu,
click [Additional investment].
Step 3
Enter the amount you wish to invest. Then scroll down and
select the bank account to be debited for this investment.
Then click [Next].
Step 4
Check the details of your investment and follow the
instructions to proceed.
Step 5
Your additional investment is confirmed with a reference
number. Please ensure you record or print your transaction
reference number shown at the top of the page.
Please note that fees may be charged by your bank if there
is not enough money to cover the request.

Credit or electronic funds transfer (EFT as it is also known)
avoids any postal delays and simplifies how you can add to

Customer reference number
This is the digit ‘1’ followed by your account number – eg if your
account number is 0100 1234 5678, the customer reference number
for Bpay would be 1010012345678. This ensures that your money is
allocated to your investment.
Your account number can be found in the top right hand corner on
any of your statements.
If you’d like to arrange a one-off direct debit payment, by
phone, online or by post, you must have previously supplied
us with a direct debit authorisation to allow us to draw from
your bank account. If needed, you can obtain a direct debit
authorisation form from colonialfirststate.com.au or by
calling us on 13 13 36 (remember to mail it back to us
for processing).
How to add to your investment via the internet
Step 1
With your Online Identification Number (OIN) and
Personal Identification Number (PIN) handy, access FirstNet
Investor by visiting colonialfirststate.com.au and clicking on
[FirstNet login].
Step 2
Under [Transact] on the left navigation menu,
click [Additional investment].
Step 3
Enter the amount you wish to invest. Then scroll down and
select the bank account to be debited for this investment.
Then click [Next].
Step 4
Check the details of your investment and follow the
instructions to proceed.
Step 5
Your additional investment is confirmed with a reference
number. Please ensure you record or print your transaction
reference number shown at the top of the page.
Please note that fees may be charged by your bank if there
is not enough money to cover the request.
How to add to your investment by phone

Locate your account number and keep it handy.
Step 2
Call us on 13 13 36 to organise the Direct Debit payment.
