· Arriving late will reduce the time of your treatment, as we end
each session punctually so the next guest will not be delayed.
· All appointments require a Gift Certificate number or valid
credit card number at time of booking. In order to avoid any
cancellation charges (50% of value of scheduled services), please notify
us no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment.
· Our spa and its environment aims to invoke a complete state of
relaxation. Keeping cell phones off and voices low is appreciated
by everyone to enjoy their experience with us to the fullest.

HOW TO FIND US
· Gift Certificates are available for all spa services and packages,
for any occasion. We can also help you customize a gift for
that special someone, or even provide any monetary amount.
From the QEW, exit Hurontario/Hwy. 10, and travel south
to Lakeshore Road. Turn right (west) at Lakeshore Road.
· Gift Certificates are transferrable and may be exchanged
for other services (excluding Medi-spa services). They may also
be redeemed over multiple visits.
Serenity Spa is located at 103 Lakeshore Rd. E., approximately
two blocks up, on your left (south) side.
· Phone orders are gladly accepted. We’ll package/gift wrap it for
you, and have it available for pick-up at your convenience.
