The MBTA was developed in 1918 to stop the indiscriminate killing
and market hunting of migratory birds. This act applies to
activities conducted within the United States by any person,
business, organization, institution, and any local, state, or federal
agency.
This presentation will cover the basic requirements of compliance
with the MBTA as well as the new guidelines and procedures taking
effect in 2014 for Construction and Maintenance projects.
