This is a short description on how to get access to openmeetings: Requirements: - Web-browser (as Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera, Internet explorer, Safari etc) - Microphone and earphones or headset Web-camera is useful, but not necessary To organise a meeting: http://www.openmeetings.de/openmeetings/ First, to access meetings arranged by other people is easy, just: open the e-mail sent from: noreply@openmeetings.de Click on the link: ‘Click here to enter room’ in e-mail The following will be shown in your web-browser: Language: English Click ‘Enter’ (easiest if all use English) Click ‘Start conference’ Click ‘Allow’ Welcome to openmeetings! How to share screen: Click ‘Actions’ Click ‘Share/record screen’ To organise a meeting: http://www.openmeetings.de/openmeetings/ Sign in (or click Not a member?) Start-up: Click ‘Plan a meeting’ Double-click on a date and click on a time Add attendee(s): Click ‘add external’ Add e-mails and names Click ‘ok’ When all are added, time is set, name is given to the event, click ‘Save’ and an e-mail will be sent to all the e-mails.
