Why use WMCommunity? You have control over your Market information You have access to planning tools It’s free! Buyers use WMCommunity, too! By enriching your profile, it helps our technology learn more about you and thus, our website can make you more prominent to buyers who are also using WMCommunity to prepare for the Market. WMCommunity: What is it?? Who can have a WMCommunity profile? A profile is available to each exhibiting company of the upcoming Las Vegas Market. If your lease or space agreement for the forthcoming show is currently active, you will be able to login. Each exhibiting company has one profile – individual staff members do not have separate profiles. WMCommunity: What is it?? Email us: exhibitors@wmclv.com You will be prompted to create a username and password. You can assign product categories to each line. WMCommunity: Getting Around Tab: My Company Dashboard Manage Products & Photos Select the Market you exhibit in (always defaults to LVM, but if you exhibit in Gift+Home, can select it as well). Batch upload up to 15 photos Up to 2 MB Must be JPG, PNG or GIF (RGB) Product description and title once uploaded Detailed walk through of uploading available on upper-right. Add or remove as necessary Update contact information Adjust “admin” via check box. Address on file dictates where market badge mails. Note: This tab does not mean you are registering your staff. This ensures your staff are in the system so they CAN be registered. An email is sent to the company admin. Login to your account to approve/deny. Temporary Exhibitors: Operational Tips for Success December 6 at 10am PST / 1pm EST y Sign up by Dec 5 Permanent Tenants: Operational Tips for Success December 7 at 10am PST / 1pm EST y Sign up by Dec 6 Sign up at www.lasvegasmarket.com/webinars Registration & WMCommunity Registering Staff for Las Vegas Market Staff Registration-Registration Tab To register your staff, click on the “Registration-Staff” tab Staff are employees of the exhibiting company Everyone attending Market must register for each Market and have a Market badge to enter the buildings A building access card issued by Security is not the same as a Market badge Staff Registration-Step 1 Step 1 allows you the opportunity to update the contact information for your company Staff Registration-Step 2 Be sure to click “Update” when you have finished editing the information If you have already created your account and registered staff for previous Markets, Step 2 allows you to update an individual’s contact information if necessary Staff Registration-Step 2 Step 2 also allows you to register new staff members Click “Add new staff member” Staff Registration-Step 2 To have the email confirmation sent to you, the company admin, you must check the box next to your email address and leave the email line blank If you chose to have individual confirmations sent out, each person must have their own unique email address Do not enter the same email address for multiple staff members or you will receive an error Staff Registration-Step 2 For staff members with a different address than the company you may enter that here, otherwise check the box next to “Same As Company Address” Each staff member may have a different address and it will not affect the company information If registered in time this is the address where the badge will be mailed-Mailing cutoff date is January 13, 2012 Click “Add” to add your new staff member Staff Registration -Step 2 You will receive a confirmation message after each new staff member is added After you have updated all staff members and added any new staff members click “Next Step” to go to Step 3 to complete registration Staff Registration-Step 3 Check the box next to each staff member you would like to register Once you have selected everyone click “Complete Market Registration” Staff Registration-Completion Your staff registration is now complete From the “Thank you!” box you have access to: y Customer Service y Rep Registration y Hotel Booking y WMCommunity Registration-Confirmation All completed registrations will receive a confirmation email with a barcode To receive a badge onsite the confirmation can be taken to Scan & Go in any lobby to receive a badge Managing Reps-Rep Tab To manage your reps click on the “Registration-Reps” tab Reps are those that represent multiple exhibitors or manufacturers They must be registered for Market and may request additional badges for the companies they represent Registration & WMCommunity Managing and Registering Reps Managing Reps-Our Reps There are three tabs under the “Registration-Reps” tab The “Our Reps” tab allows you to choose how to manage rep badge requests Option 1: Always Ask Me—Gives you the most control over which reps receive additional rep badges from your company Option 2: Always Approve—If you do not want to review rep badge requests and will allow anyone who requests a badge to receive one chose this option Option 3: Always Deny—If your company does not and will not have reps this may be your best option Be sure to click “Update Default Status” after any option changes Registering Reps Reps that have been approved by your company for previous Markets will be listed alphabetically on the “Our Reps” tabs. You may register these Reps for the upcoming Market by clicking “Register & Send Badge”. Be sure to click “Update Our Reps” to complete the registration process Registering Reps The “Add/Find Reps” tab gives you the opportunity to search for Reps or add new Reps to your company Registering Reps-Finding Reps When searching for Reps you may receive multiple matches Clicking the name will bring up additional details Registering Reps-Adding Reps To add a new Rep fill in all required fields and click “Add Rep” Please note: The “Company Name” field should be the company the Rep works for, not the exhibiting company name Managing Additional Badge Requests The “Badge Request Status” tab is where you will manage your additional badge requests Additional badge requests come from Reps that are registered for Market but are requesting a badge with your company information It is your responsibility to manage these requests, without your approval a Rep will not be able to receive a badge Managing Reps When a Rep requests an additional badge from your company the Admin Contact will receive an email alert Managing Reps-Approving and Denying You may log in to WMCommunity at any time to monitor or make changes to your additional badge requests You will see all Approved and Denied badge requests and any badges Waiting Approval Managing Reps-Changing Status It is possible to change the status of a badge request, approving someone that was previously denied, or denying someone that was previously approved Please note: If you previously approved a badge and need to change the status to “Denied” and the badge has already mailed there is no way to retrieve that badge Don’t forget to click “Update Our Reps” after any changes Registration & WMCommunity Upcoming Webinars: Temporary Exhibitors: Operational Tips for Success December 6 at 10am PST / 1pm EST y Sign up by Dec 5 Permanent Tenants: Operational Tips for Success December 7 at 10am PST / 1pm EST y Sign up by Dec 6 Sign up at www.lasvegasmarket.com/webinars Registration & WMCommunity Questions?
