This event is being held to raise money for osteogenesis imperfecta (OI), a genetic disorder that causes a person’s bones to break very easily, sometimes for no apparent reason. Revenues will be donated to the Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation, whose mission is to improve the quality of life for individuals affected by OI through research to find treatments and a cure, education, awareness, and mutual support. The Osteogenesis Imperfecta Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, and your gift is fully tax deductible as allowed by law. Please keep a copy of this form as your receipt.
